I have just ordered the building, but my sales REP was extremely helpful in helping make this building deal as great as I think the building will be. I will be glad to be part of the Olympia Steel Building family of owners.

Just ordered our steel building and James Lentz is helping us and he has been amazing. Answered all our questions and helped us through the entire process.:) we cannot wait for our 30x40 shop! Thank you guys

This company acted all nice until they had my money. And then things were terrible. Literally sent me pieces that didn't even go to my building and a bunch of pieces. You could tell that we're just universal steel buildings. This is not a custom building like the advertised also came with missing pieces and damaged components. Like I said, after they had my money, it turned into a nightmare. Avoid this company.

We did a custom building and they were great with one exception. We had a sale representative change during the process that caused a delay and a little bit of confusion. I would suggest to Olympia that a dedicated representative for each build would make it much smoother. I would buy again from them.

I bought my 30x50 building from Olympia steel back in June of 2023. It arrived within 2 months with all parts. Kenneth Ray has been hands down best contact I have talked to he has help us get insulation and replacement parts for my shop. He made the process of getting my shop super smooth.

My husband and I were in search for a building and couldn’t be happier with the service and product we received from our sales rep, Marlaina Paulovich. From beginning to end, she walked us through each step of the purchasing process. She was always available and helpful when we had questions. My husband is very excited to fill his new building with all his toys:)

I'm actually applying for a sales job because there is no way Kenneth can be good at it. Dear God where did you get that man.

Sale Rep. Kenneth Ray was useless. He has no idea what he is doing. Does not know how to work with customers and is very unprofessional. This company just lost my purchase due to this person. I don’t recommend anyone do business with them.

Marlaina was outstanding to work with, I cannot stress that enough! She was very patient, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I highly recommend Olympia Steel Buildings.

Bad customer service they deliver wrong door never exchange it and some screws was missing they seems to don't care about it

Straightforward information exchanges and any queries were dealt with in an expeditious manner.

Very upfront and quick with questions. When I let Brad know that I wasn't interested in his company, he hung the phone up on me.

They wanted 17k to build a garage and 12k to add a lean-to to the side. They also do not install the garage doors, and I, myself, would have had to field cut where the windows would land and install them myself.

It's not worth the money.
