Olympic Fun Center, Hermitage PA

It's a very fun place, as the name applies, it is a fun center containing some sports the Olympics do such as skating, rock climbing and more. I can definitely see where this place gets it's name from. I would recommend giving this place a go!

Kinda dirty and outdated. Prices are high. What is with no coffee. It is on the menu, there is a keurig on the counter with pods but was told no coffee is served there.

Absolutely awful experience. I took my two nephews to play Laser Tag with my wife and sister-in-law. From the very beginning, it was a bad experience. The staff was rude and unorganized. No employee was working the laser tag so each time we wanted to play, we needed to hunt someone down. After each game, the employees would run off and say they need to find someone else to run the game.

That would’ve been something I can understand. What I cannot seem to grasp is the complete unprofessionalism of THE OWNER. A short, middle-aged bald man. My nephew asked him if he was allowed to enter one of the play areas & instead of responding in a kind manner, he sarcastically said, “Well obviously. If it was here, why wouldn’t you be allowed to go in there? ” I thought he was a regular employee, so I responded and said, “I don’t think the owner would appreciate you talking to paying customers like that. ” He responded, “I am the owner. ” I was in complete and utter shock. That was it. I spoke with my wife and sister-in-law and we all agreed it was time to leave. On the way out, the owner was standing by the door smiling. I said, “You just lost a customer. ” He said, “Well maybe you won’t be welcome next time. ” My sister-in-law said, “Well that is fine because we won’t be coming back. ” He yelled, “Good get out! ” (As we are already on our way out the door). After hearing a strange man yelling at his mom, my 7 year old nephew said, “Don’t yell at my mommy! ” And the owner looked down at my nephew, back up at us adults and yelled, “GET THE F OUT! ” I honestly couldn’t believe THE OWNER was screaming curse words in a children’s establishment. My nephew cried on the way home because his time was ruined. I told the owner I would be writing this review and he said, “I don’t give a sh*t. ” So here it is.

I advise everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are better places to enjoy the day out with your children. The lack of professionalism is appalling.

Lots of things for the kids to do. BUT staff was very rude at times-inconsistent with the rules; acted like it was just a job to them-not caring if the kids were having fun or not.

been. Too expensive and definitely not worth the price they charge. I will not be attending anymore parties there.

Terrible experience. There was no one working the laser tag consistently so we constantly had to stand by and wait for a new employee to come over. It smelled like burnt food and sweat.

I have a very long history with this place. It’s always been a great environment and experience. It’s always clean and the owners are diligent in doing so. Prices are fair considering what they offer compared to other extracurricular activities in the area. Safety is also paramount here and always has been. People are going to get hurt…it’s not the company, it’s not the equipment they offer (trust me), it’s the user. So please don’t not send your children here because you are worried about there safety. 99% of injuries or altercations here are very limited and generally resolved within seconds. Take the whole family and I promise you will have a blast and wake up the next day feeling like you climbed a literal mountain!

Horrible experience. Went for a kids birthday party and the staff was extremely rude. They picked on my daughter because they got mad at us. Strict rules on who can go into the play area. Very unprofessional and rude coworkers. Not inclusive of autism at all. Will not be returning.

I took my kids to cosmic skate night on Friday. Skating was fun. The lights are cool. The music BLOWS. All they played is very adult rap hip hop. I understand that it’s 95% teenagers, but geez, no one wants to skate to this garbage music. Get a new DJ, and you will get more business.

Super fun place for kids! The price of admission and food and drinks are reasonable. The staff keeps up well with cleaning the place. Both of my kids love playing at the huge play area and playing the arcade games. My older daughter loves skating there. We have also had a birthday party there, and it turned out very nice.

My only complaint is that the place gets super loud when it's busy - so loud that it's hard to hear someone in front of you. Maybe they could take some measures to install some things to try to reduce the sound.

Jus took my 5 year old daughter and 12 year old son and my best friend to skate here and to start it all off, this was my 5 year olds first time skating, she got skates that the straps were broken. I went to exchange them, the boy working got smart walking away saying “it really doesn’t matter if they’re broke or not” when he came back with the new pair I said “yeah well it matters to me? ” Fast forward on we are skating and going to get off the rank and he comes out to skate and almost knocked me completely over purposely. Then we went to get tokens, the machines ate 12 tokens of my sons and they wouldn’t give us a refund. It was a giant waste of money, the employees were ignorant and rude. I will never give them my business ever again.

Great place for all ages. From games to roller skating and laser tag, there is something for everyone to do. The pizza was fantastic too!

Great place for a couple hours out of the house with the kids. Reasonable prices and a nice facility with a variety of activities to do. Worth spending an afternoon!

The staff are very mean and neglect certain customers also I went here with my friends and completely fell over and almost broke my wrist everyone was laughing not my friends but random kids and the staff also the safety in this place is horrible you can instantly Break a bone or completely paralyzed your body just by falling on hard concrete with no cushioning between the carpet for anyone with teenagers or kids don’t let them in here the chances of your kid getting abducted are very high and thanks to that wrist i’m in constant pain and now I can’t sleep what I like to see is a end to Friday night skate or at least have an age limitation of 15 since A lot of older kids from there I wish the owner would see this I still had a little bit of fun but everything here cost money and it’s over price but that’s what expected in this world today so if you don’t want your kids getting hurt don’t go here but if your kids are good at rollerskating take them here on another day other than Friday

Great experience at a great price, there's so many activities to do there. 4 hrs flew by with me and my family. Will return!

I haven’t been here in years and we went here for a birthday party recently. The establishment is well taken care of, all of their stuff is up to date, and their food is pretty good.

We had a party for our daughter on a Saturday night. It was handled very well they make sure you are taken care of and get you through everything smoothly. We had a lot of fun!

We love this place. It is perfect for kids birthdays. We have never heard the phrase, "I'm board! " There is an arcade, young kids jungle gym with slides, tunes, ball pit, etc.
There is a climbing wall, roller skating rink, laser tag, birthday rooms, food, etc.

Terrible.you have to pay for your own food on your birthday parties.you only get 1 hour there.and the place is pricey as hell

Was recently there for a birthday party? And we all had a blast. I use to go there when i was younger 20 years ago to all night skates and lock ins. Only issue we had was there are only younger kids working there and no supervision that we seen at all.other then that no issues and the kiddos had so much fun.would recommend birthday party's there for the kiddos

They really need to make a cap on how many people can come in place was so packed you couldn’t even move had a miserable time
