8 It's been 4 month we moved here and so far its been a pleasure.its close to everything. School transportation, stores, mall, & highway. We enjoy the pool & gym. Quiet neighborhood.
Although there's 2 things that i might take as a 1 star
1- there's about 5 neighbors that are grumpy and have mean pets.
2- i really cant relax in a hot tub or take more than a 10 to 15 min shower. Hot water does not last long with 5 ppl in the household.
Overall it's been good and comfortable.

So it's been a year since we moved. I started living month to month and received a letter stating to leave the premises in 60 days. That suck. My child had to go back to the school i didnt want her to go. And not enough time to really find something affordable and comfortable for us. Luckily we own our own home.
This apartments are clean and decent.the service is so so the place is not bad BUT for the price they should be better. They aren't the better option
We have lived here now for almost 9 Months and we couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful, we have had very few issues but those we have had were rectified quickly. I am very happy with the decision to move here. The floor plan is HUGE (3BR 2BA) we love all of the space and storage we have. They did a great job clearing snow in the winter and we LOVED not having to worry about that anymore. We are looking forward to the pool opening this weekend! We frequently take advantage of the playground and recreational equipment as well. Neighbors are PERFECT!
Honestly apartments are decent and spacious compare to other apartments in this area.
However if you are looking for open kitchen, modern place then this is not the choice to go for.

Very good place to live in the valley but don't expect to get your deposit back in full they find a way to hold some of it anyway
Just moved in over a week ago. Staff is super friendly and efficient as well as maintenance. Beautiful apartment and landscaping, no noise heard from other tenants. Love it here! Recreational amenities are fantastic as well.
We have been living here September 2015 and it has been a wonderful experience. Nice and quiet environment neighbors are friendly and great place to raise children. Not to mention the malls are nearby and only 10 minutes from Dorney Park the PPL Center and many other activities to do. I recommend it to anyone.
