I always wanted to try yoga but never thought I’d fall in love with it. I had no knowledge, flexibility, mobility or skills prior to coming to this studio. My first experience here was with Morgan as my teacher. She made everything easy, easy to learn, made sure there is always different options for everyone and is so welcoming. I tried a different corporate chain prior and wasn’t expecting to come back. This studio is definitely like a second home now. Rachel Wilson, the owner is amazing as well and cares about each individual person. I love the energy and environment this studio has. It’s definitely a rare gem for the area.

I’m so glad to have stumbled upon Om My Yoga. I have tried random classes other places through the years but after my experiences here, specifically with Michelle’s classes, i knew i had to give myself the gift of a membership. I love that Om makes yoga a truly powerful and spiritual experience and i always leave feeling amazing.

I have personally come to love and enjoy yoga more since starting classes at Om My Yoga. The environment is extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as calm and relaxing. My favorite practices here are Ariel and Barre as they are not too intensive on my ankle. So far I've enjoyed all the Ariel teachers I've had and Ariel is a fun way for me to try poses that are more difficult (ankle wise) in yoga, as well as conquer my fear of heights. As for barre, Rose has a soothing, rhythmic way of taking you through class that is calming and energizing. Of the mat yoga classes I've tried, I enjoyed them, and each teacher is very gracious and has a "your body, your practice" mindset which is helpful. If you're interested in hOMey place to try yoga, or if you want to try Ariel, definitely check them out!
