Shelly is great and answers all my questions. Melanie always waits on me and is so kind! These three employees are a true asset to Omega and make a great part of the Credit Union. Erik is also a real help with all my Visa inquiries- he is very patient and helpful.

Megan Mangola in the Wexford office is fantastic! My first experience with Omega was purchasing a used vehicle. Omega gave me a great interest rate.and Megan made the process stress free! She took the stress out of buying a car! Always a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Megan is also very efficient and professional. As someone who has closed hundreds of real estate loans in various roles (mortgage lender / broker and current investor / landlord) over the past 25 years, I have worked with countless lenders and settlement companies. I'm beyond impressed with my recent dealings with Omega FCU and especially with my Loan Manager, Jennifer Salerno. Jenn has proven to be very knowledgeable, efficient and really easy to work with on both a business and personal level. I will definitely bring more real estate business to Jenn and Omega in the near future.

Recently moving from another state, our accounts needed to be transferred from our previous credit union. Omega FCU was the institution referred to us. We were advised to wait to begin the account transfer process until we arrived at our destination. I was very nervous as this was the bulk of our finances.

We were warmly welcomed walking into the building. We spent several days completing this transfer process b/c of external issues. All staff greeted us w/smiles & kindness when we would walk in. Tori & Autumn specifically worked w/us. They both were knowledgable & professional in their communication w/us as well as with staff from outside of Omega. They were reassuring & worked diligently and calmly through the process to completion.
