Omni Bedford Springs Resort

This place needs a major update! The rooms are very dated, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the carpet is fraying on the hallway floors. I understand they pride themselves on being historic, however, when you’re tied to a luxury brand like Omni you need to step it up as there are definitely higher expectations. The pool was also very poorly attended and resembled that of a YMCA pool with wet towels all over the chairs and floor. Overall we we’re disappointed in the quality of the place for the high prices.

This is an amazing place. The hotel is historical, beautiful, and calming. The staff is wonderful, so nice and friendly. Amazing food on site, hiking, swimming and a day spa. I highly recommend!

Only had a training class here, but food was good and service was impeccable. Very beautiful place.

This is a beautiful resort for a getaway about 3.5 hrs from Cleveland area. Excellent room, service, pool, and a great place to relax.

The Omni Bedford Springs exceeded our expectations in every way. The setting is over the top and the service is 5 star quality all the way!

She had posted an ad on craigslist for people to come help take out old mattresses to replace with new mattresses My fiancé and his workers got in contact with her and she hired them to do the job. She waited till about five minutes left in their 45 minute drive to then message that she found someone closer to come Work knowing that they had already driven the entire way

Loved it. Dinner was excellent at the steak and seafood restraunt and the spa was was okay. The hot tub was little dirty and needs updated. Overall place is good.

We had another wonderful stay at the Omni Bedford Springs! Upon our arrival, Wayne helped us with our luggage and Sarah got us checked in at the front desk. Both of these employees went above and beyond! The life-sized gingerbread house is next level this holiday season. We ate at the Frontier Restaurant and enjoyed scrumptious food and outstanding service. The pool was perfect as usual. Our spa experience was also lovely, as usual. We can’t wait for our next adventure.

This was a last minute trip on December 25/26 and was the most amazing place I have stayed. The attention to detail in every area of the hotel was amazing. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy. Restaurants were fabulous and all the staff were great. Best of all, DOG FRIENDLY! A big and pleasant surprise from such a beautiful resort.

The Omni Bedford Springs was the perfect location for our honeymoon. We wanted something truly relaxing so we could decompress after a busy wedding weekend. It was relaxing from beginning to end. The staff was amazing, our room was very clean and comfortable - we got the spa room. And it was so easy to get to. Not to mention the whole place was decked out for the holidays so that was extremely special to experience.

We stopped to see the lights and to visit the gingerbread village built inside. Everything was beautiful.

Only had breakfast with family and from our last visit it was not as good and very small options and the gluten free stuff they used to have was not an option so unfortunately my daughter had to settle for an omelet
