Incredible food, very high quality and clean establishment. Friendly staff and when I went in. Millionarios were playing on the TV (although I grew up watching my father's favorite. Independente Santa Fe)

On Charcoal is a hidden gem in the Northeast. My mom and I had an amazing meal from appetizers to dessert. Juicy chicharron, fresh guacamole, flavorful chicken, and flan and passion fruit mousse that were to die for. Our waitress, Meri, was delightful. We will be back soon!

Best Columbian food on Castor ave. I always get a tray of yellow rice - fries - beef ribs and half chicken. Approximately 4 to 5 people can eat from that. Also I get one empanada with stuffed cheese (I usually eat this later around 2 to 3 hours with coffee after I ate the dinner LOL DON'T JUDGE ME.) or I'll get the empanada stuffed with beef with cheese depending on the mood. The rice is tasty and loose and the meat and chicken cooked on point. I get the same tray around once every 2 months. I haven't had their steaks yet buy I wil soon.

Spare yourself the headache and go eat somewhere else.

The problem: Lack of professionalism and poor costumer service.

Ex: I told the waiter that my food was cold, after displaying attitude and dissatisfaction that I have brought this to his attention, he offer to put the meat i.e. Steak back on the grill. But instead he put it in a microwave. One could easily tell because the food was still cold on the outside and warm on the inside.

I will not eat at this place again
and I’d not recommend this restaurant.

I had some really great Colombian food from this spot! Excellent! I recommend On Charcoal to all my friends and family! Their picada (piscada) is amazing & will feed four people easily. Great dinner for anyone & everyone! Also a great "serve yourself " appetizer!

I love, love, love this place! My husband and I come at least twice a month for our Sunday dates after church! Service and food are amazing!

Delicious authentic Colombian food! Couldn’t be happier with my Bandeja Paisa today! Will definitely be making the hour long trek for this delicious food again!
