Management is key to an excellent place to live John is the reason we enjoy living at One Ardmore Place. The maintenance staff are efficient professional very friendly and kind. In addition to a convenient location and an excellent community atmosphere this building is a pleasure to call home.

Have lived here for the last 6 months and have loved every minute! Spotless common areas, prompt maintenance service, close community feel, and on-site manager, John, is amazing at his job.
