After considering different ideas for our tub, we went with TubCut. Nice low cut, making it easier to get in and out of tub without worrying. Our installer, Ishmael, was prompt, completed the work on time and is an asset to his company.

We had a "30 in tub cut" done. All aspects of this project from initial contact to technician leaving our home was a pleasure.

We are extremely pleased with our services from the first call to the completion of the job. I would recommend having Tubcut. It’s makes getting in and out of the shower safer and easier for us, especially now that we’re getting older and starting to have trouble with bad knees.

I had One Day Bath Inc.do a bathtub cut which created an opening so that we would have better access to get into the shower. Their worker, Izzy, did an excellent job! He was very pleasant and accommodating. My wife and I both agree that it has made a world of difference in accessing the shower and we highly recommend that if there are mobility issues, you have One Day Bath Inc.perform the tub cut. The price is very reasonable and saves you a significant amount of money over a teardown and renovation.

The work is unbelievable! Matthew was very professional and personable, and was in and out within 4 hours. My dad has mobility issues and this is an economical solution rather than replacing the entire tub with a walk in shower. Great work and highly recommended!

I had my tub cut to transform it into a walk in shower. They also had to remove the glass door I had on my tub. They did a great job! The cut section looks like it was manufactured that way and there is no sign that there was ever a glass door there. The contractor was very professional and cleaned everything up before he left. The price was also very reasonable. I would have had to pay much more if I had the tub taken out and replaced with a walk in shower. It’s so much easier to get in and out of my shower now and I highly recommend Tub Cut.

My husbands parents had a tub cut by One Day Bath to make it easier for our grandparents to take showers. Part of the contract stated that when need be, One day Bath would return and "make it look like there was never a cut out in the first place". Unfortunately my husband's grandparents passed away, and my husband and I moved down to their apartment. We called One Day Bath and asked them to return, reseal and reglaze the bathtub. A few weeks later a van depicting another company name, with headquarters in New Jersey. The technician saw that our tub was not white and asked if we minded having a white tub because he didn't bring the correct paint. After not being able to breathe in my place from the toxic vapor for the entire day I saw my beautiful white tub. Immediately I noticed paint drip on the area where the cut out was and asked the technician why it looked so sloppy. He stated that as soon as the pain dries I will not be able to see it. Instead of waiting 24 hours to use the tub, me and my husband used the shower upstairs for 3 days. After our first shower we noticed the paint around the entire tub began pitting and the colors of our old tub began more evident and after the first week the paint began to peel off. My husband called the company again and explained to the owner what was going on. One Day Bath sent the same clueless tech out, from a subcontractor company, and he did something which he claimed would correct everything. Within the first week the new paint began to pit, and soon began to peel from the bath tub. We waited, hoping that the pitting and peeling would be minimal, but after about 6 months my bathtub looked like something out of a Horror movie. My husband called the owner, again, and explained that the paint and glazing began pitting immediately and soon after the glaze began to peel. He explained that we waited, hoping that it was only around the seam of the cut be the only affected area, but unfortunately the entire bath tub was peeling. The owner asked my husband why I waited this long to complain, when in fact this was my second complaint about the same issue. At no time did the owner even seemed sorry or upset that we couldn't use our tub because One Day Bath skirted their responsibility and hired out a subcontractor to do their work, no doubt upcharged my husband and his family, and low balled the lowest bidder who had no clue as to what they were doing. The owner then stated that he would have to charge us again to come out and correct the work they botched twice. At no time did the owner apologize or offer to come out himself and correct or at least supervise the third attempt. Instead the owner deflected his responsibilities, does not stand behind his work, his employees, or his subcontractors. Growing up I was taught that you stand by your work, be honest, and make sure the customer is satisfied. Most likely we will end up having 5o buy a new tub, pay someone to install, and have someone replace the sub floor from the water leaking. So after paying these shysters 3500, we will probably have to drop another 10,000 to be able to take a bath. Do research before hiring a company to work for you. Look at the reviews of the company and what the past customers are saying about the work quality. Customers do not give reviews unless they were extremely happy, or disappointed, frustrated, and disgusted at the work that was done. And sometimes buying a new tub and paying a knowledgeable plumber to install it, is cheaper and less of a headache than dealing with an incompetent, hustler, who cares about making a buck, rather than do a good job. Stay away from these people. Linda. K

This company subcontracted out the first time they came to replace our bathtub. Within a week the glazing began coming off. They came to repair the issue, and again the glazing began peeling off. I called again to come to a solution and was told I would be charged again. Ended up paying 3000 dollars for repair when I could have bought a brand-new tub. Stay away from these guys unless you're ok with trash work. A reglazing kit at home depot costs 50.00 and does a better job. After the last phone call with the owner I was told I should have called sooner, yet this is the 3rd time I called. What ever happened to doing something right the first time so wouldn't have to call 3 times and beg. Instead I'm being told it's my fault cause I didn't call sooner instead of accepting responsibility and correcting it. Correcting it yourself, not subcontractors from New Jersey

We used this business to have a Tun Cut done. Ismael was an outstanding technician. Knowledgeable, experienced, and very personable.
This company delivered all, and more, I say more because of the way we were treated by Ismael. He made us feel confident, and reassured all would turn out as promised, and it did with much kindness added to the experience.
The efficiency proved to be all that we had hoped for, with no issues whatsoever to contend with. The company’s name will most certainly be highly recommended, along with Ismael.
Thank you. Toni & Jim Mineo

And not have to worry about falling. I an

Done rather then have to go for a whole

At this time. They did a great job and they
We're very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company to everyone
That is looking to do this. Job well done.

I had made arrangements to have a 24 inch tub cut made in my fiberglass bathtub. Matthew came a perfectly altered the tub to a walk-in shower. It looks as if t purchased the unit that way. The work was flawless. He was pleasant and very professional and obviously skilled to have done such a fine job. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

I paid for a tub reglaze. The rust spot that was the whole purpose of the reglaze is back, and the caulk job they did is so bad I'll have to re-caulk it myself. So basically I paid money to do work myself.

I called a couple times to complain and they said they'd get back to me about a touch up, but it's been weeks and no return call.

UPDATE: After the guy responded below, I called him, and after a bunch of excuses, he scheduled a repair. Day of repair, worker calls saying he can't make it and the office will call to reschedule.

Nobody ever called and at this point, I don't want them to. Save your money!

I decided to splurge and hire a more expensive company to redo my bathtub. I gave them access to my home while I was out of town to do the work as it was the only date they had available. They called to collect payment when completed but I missed the call, and I figured I would call in the morning to take care of payment after seeing the work.

I arrived to find a total hack job. They had an issue with the compressor that exploded all over the freshly painted walls, ceiling, all over the tile (good luck cleaning epoxy off of tile), and a brand new vanity I had installed. They did not complete the faucet installation as they had said they would (and charged me for). There were runs in the shower and they did not adequately prep the space, i.e. They painted over existing paint that was not removed. To top it all off, they left my house completely unlocked over night.

I raised my concerns with the team and they said they would get back to me. I sent them pictures and they said they would talk to management and let me know what could be done. After discovering more issues and tallying up the $1k + in damage they caused in my home, they called back and said they would like to come and repair the issues. At this point, I don't trust them in my house given they left it unlocked nor do I trust the quality of the work given they were ready to charge me over the phone while leaving my bathroom a complete disaster. I told them I'd like to just call it even and get a refund so I could take care of the other damage caused. They said they would talk to management and let me know.

Three weeks pass and I don't hear anything, so I assume they are just keeping my deposit and giving me a refund on the remaining $750 balance. I then get a call threatening me that they are sending my account to collections unless I give them payment over the phone immediately. They never responded outside of threatening to take me to collections. He gave me half off of my remaining balance which doesn't cover the expenses I had to pay to fix the errors they caused. He said they offered to fix it but they never really did because they never responded to my request for a refund as a way to make things whole.

Horrible experience. One of the splurges I made in my renovation project and it was a total bust. Buy one of the $100 kits at home depot and you will do a better job than these guys.
