One Pound Cheese Steak, Philadelphia PA

October 21st 2021 just ordered a cheese steak with Mayo ketchup and fried onions I haven’t been here in years back in the day there cheese steaks was banging…today the steak wasn’t good like it used to be the steak wasn’t done to me and I don’t like my ketchup on top of my roll put my ketchup with the mayonnaise on the bottom of the roll …not worth even trying this place again I don’t know if it’s cheap steak or just the way they cooked it!

The meat wasn't cooked well, it wasn't one pound meat, it wasn't even a half pound meat. All I know is that it was the nastiest steak I have ever eaten, not enough meat at all but they want to charge a arm and a leg like it's good, and it taste like garbage.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich from here for the first time ever and the sandwich had 2 roaches in it as soon as I unwrapped my sandwich, it was legitimately hanging out of the sandwich and mixed in both halves of the sandwich. It was absolutely appealing especially seeing that this place was rated a 4 and the person who served me the sandwich was completely rude and was not wearing gloves or covering her face completely like the CDC protocol requires to be safe from COVID-19. I don't recommend going to this spot if they don't follow basic requirements of health.

So I got my girl and myself a sandwich to share and some fries it tasted as if it was fried in old oil and the sandwich legitimately had a really big bug and when I went to tell the person who handed it to me they said they couldn’t do anything because I opened the sandwich to check it before I even left the establishment… I was polite about it and I was willing to just buy another sandwich but just seemed futile since they had a huge bug in a sandwich and then got upset that I wanted to make sure my sandwich was right… I don’t recommend eating here unless you want to put your health at risk

Love this place! They do have a small option for cheese, but it ends up being delicious every time. A foot steak is $9, and a two foot steak is $15

Huge cheese steaks. Larges are like a baseball bat. Truly One pound cheese steaks. Only have an outside window to order/pickup from so order ahead of time or you'll have the homeless walking by harass you for $ and food while standing and waiting for your order. So order ahead of time and get a 2.5' cheese steaks.

I ordered an Italian hoagie. I got a salad on a roll with some save a lot lunch meat on it. 1 piece of salami, 1 piece of ham, 1 piece of each meat. None of the toppings i requested. NEVER EVER HAVE I SEEN A HOAGIE LOOK SO SAD!

The staff particularly females have a nasty stank attitude. Horrible customer service. I was hung up on twice then explained my order was incorrect because she banged the phone before I was done talking. Attitude was even worse at tje window.

Good, generous portion. Poor customer interaction. Not the best part of town, just for a heads up. Shop here, but definitely order ahead.

I think that one pound steak was the best steak I had in a long time. Nicely seasoned and listened to directions I put on DoorDash. Will definitely be my new steak spot

Phone number stated for this cheese steak place isn't working at the moment. The phone goes to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full. So sad because i really wanted to try it out

Very nasty attitude! They gave me the wrong order! When I turned around when I seen my order was wrong! I took it back & they got nasty with me!

Tried this spot already with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the excellent mood and tasty dishes and drinks. Fantastic work.

These guys make decent sandwiches, from the namesake cheese steak—though I've never gotten the 1-pounder to hoagies to chicken fingers and tasty fries.

Order at the sidewalk, by phone, or online. They deliver or serve takeout.

Horrible service ruined not only my order but others as well while I was waiting for food and the steak didn't taste appetizing
