Was checking up on pieces and time that the tailgate is to be fixed. But as of Tuesday Afternoon the whole truck died.

My Dodge Ram truck needed repairs due to an accident. I contacted Sarah and Kevin at O'Neil Collision to get an estimate on the repairs. Their prompt attention, care and empathy were amazing. They conducted the estimate efficiently and professionally. They contacted my insurance company and took care of all aspects of the repair and even offered to secure a rental car for me. During the repair process they went the extra mile to ensure I was updated with the status and happy with the repair. They even washed my vehicle which was a nice surprise! Upon delivery of the vehicle Kevin went over all the repairs with me and explained what they had done and how the repairs were completed. I thoroughly loved hearing the details of what was done. The service and repairs are second to none. I would highly recommend O'Neil Collision Center for any vehicle repairs. I could not be more happy with the end result.

Sarah was amazing and with one phone call got me in for an estimate within 30 minutes. Kevin surveyed my vehicle and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. Scheduled and overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!

This is the third time O'Neill has done body work on my cars. No, I'm not a bad driver. I've had alot of bad luck while my cars have been parked. O'Neill is very professional and handles all of the details up to having a rental car waiting for you. My car was repaired in three days and looks great! I highly recommend O'Neill Collision Center. My vehicle was in a parking lot during a windy day. When I arrived at my vehicle to leave, I noticed a large dent and missing paint. The car parked next to me let their door slam into mine. I received many recommendations to come to O’Neils. They provided a reasonable quote and told me how long the repair would take. Rental service was available but I did not need it. The repair was completed on time. I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle right away. They allowed it to stay on property and I picked it up the next day. The staff was so courteous. They went over my warranty paperwork and took me to my car. I was astonished how great my car looked. Damage to the door was fixed and the paint was a perfect match. They also detailed the inside of my vehicle. I hope to not have to use a collision center again. If I do, definitely will go back to O’Neils.

Great customer service. It took about a month to get my truck repaired. Seemed a little long for the repairs to be completed but they did a good job.
