O'Neil Nissan, Warminster PA

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and alignment.it was taking a long time so I called and was told about things needing to be done for inspection. Apparently, they were waiting on a response to the suggested additional work, and luckily I checked my emails or I guess it would've been sitting on the rack all day! I needed to get to work and just wanted the two things that I made the appointment for done. The valet service and my driver were great!

Chey was a great salesman! Process was relatively painless.overall, a wonderful car-buying experience!

You met my expectations but alas O’Neil Nissan has raised my bar. I now expect that kind of service and very rarely do they not come through.
I will definitely purchase my next car from them.if I ever stop driving the one I have.

I dealt with kitty on sat. Who said they would be able to look at my truck on mon. We had a work truck towed in on sat by 3. I stopped by around 4: 30 and she stated she hasn't put it in the system yet.
I Called mon at 3: 30, spoke to matt, who had no idea the truck was even on the lot and kitty called out today, so she never took the time to enter our truck in the schedule on sat.
Update: I'm leaving the initial review up for context.
Maggie called me mon. Evening to apologize and inform me that they were getting the truck in the bay to be looked at, Tuesday morning Matt called me with a diagnosis and quote, Tuesday evening the repairs were completed and truck was ready for pickup. I've upgraded my review to five stars because in my opinion they did everything they should have and more! We will definitely be back! Wish more companies had great customer service like this!

I cannot say enough about O’neil Nissan. From their general manager Drew to my salesperson Earle, they were just phenomenal. The easiest and quickest experience I’ve ever had, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. My expectations were exceeded and I didn’t feel hassled; I told them what I wanted and they helped me to get into the car I wanted without any of the car salesperson pressure and wrangling we all dread!

I have always had a great experience at O'Neil Nissan. So much so that I recommended O'Neil Nissan to multiple family members who all ended up leasing their vehicles there. The service and parts departments are excellent. I feel like I am treated like a VIP when I am there. When my car is in for service, I always have a shuttle ride to and from my office. I enjoy my conversations with Kale during the ride! I didn't purchase my vehicle at O'Neil, but sure wish I had!

It was such an overwhelming experience shopping for a car, but Eric Bodenheimer made it a breeze. This was my 2nd time purchasing from O'Neil and this experience was just as good as the first one. They were able to work with us on the financial side and offered great customer service from our initial online inquiry until the final documents were signed. Pricing was no nonsense and he exceeded my expectations by having the vehicle transferred to O'Neil within a week and ready for delivery!
