The branch outlet in Butler, Pa.is outstanding. They processed my loan quickly.truly outstanding in my opinion.
I emailed the branch days ago to ask what my apr was, never got a response. Then today I get my monthly call that I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the calling list, and tonya was extremely rude to me when I asked what the apr is and she told me that it was disclosed at the time of getting the loan (2 YEARS AGO). One main is not a good company, I do not recommend it to anyone. I highly DO NOT recommend the Butler branch or tonya.
Jackie is awesome very friendly and helped me get the loan that I needed always super friendly and easy to work with
They are very polite helpful and do all that they can to help anyone in the Butler PA office
