OneMain Financial, Philadelphia PA

I've had a loan with One Main for a while and I love them. They are straight up front with you and their service is awesome.

Financial representative was welcoming, pleasant and very informative. She explained all my options with no pressure.the process was smooth and quick. Funds were in my account within the hour. Thanks for being there OneMain!

I had recently applied for a loan for 3,000 and was turn down because I didn’t had a co-sign and my car Wasn’t paid off.these days no one is having people all in they business and sure not doing a loan when they have they own debt.they make you do all this and giving them your bank information for nothing… I just get a sec job to make ends meet smh

One Main Financial is great if you need quick money. However if you are one day late they will call and harass you non-stop until payment is paid or scheduled to be paid. Especially this particular site. It's terrible. They act like bill collectors. If you can go somewhere do it.

Classless and unprofessional. I called from another financial office with a mutual customer. The representative that picked up the phone insisted we needed to call another branch for the information we required (which is fine). Before getting off the line the rep requested we never call them again. This is not how good companies conduct themselves. No excuse for being this rude and unprofessional.

The staff was extremely professional
The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My representative really went the extra mile to make me feel calm. She went over all of the technical information, and patiently answered all of my important questions. I would give the Aramingo Avenue OMF 10 stars, if possible.

Wonderful experience. Ms. Doreatha Dreuitt is terrific. She is a total professional and made everything easy to understand. Ms. Dreuitt is an exceptional young woman. I can't thank her enough for her courtesy and kindness. Ms. Dreuitt is an asset to your company.

I wish no stars were available because the level of unprofessionalizm with some of the staff is truly something else, especially calling to this specific branch. Also the loans is appreciated but the fine print definitely must be read cause you pay off a loan head to beat the interest rate and next thing know you loan amount seem like the amount never moved that cause the interest is being paid as you make your payments so their's no way of beating interest else you dont get the loan in the first place. I honestly regret ever having to get a loan in the first place, especially one from here.

Avoid working with One Main Financial - please look into other options. They will take advantage of you, and I should have done more research before deciding to work with them. Six weeks later and I am still working on a resolution with them.

I was pre-approved with credit Karma my acceptance rate was very good so went forward with the application I was told was approved for a little less than I applied for but was okay with it. They told me to upload my documents I did I got a phone call asking me more questions and was asked twice if I had a boat or an additional car besides the one I provided. I said no and the lady said well okay based on the answers you provided your not approved. After you told me I was, now I’m not. My credit score went down for nothing. It was a scam.
