I just got a call less than a day late technically, because it was Christmas on my due date. It was 9: 07am on the 26th of December. They could exercise a little discretion on the time of day or even the fact that my due date was Christmas. "Well, when you choose your due date", give me a break. They allow a 10 day grace period and they're getting crazy about technically a few hours during the holidays. Way over the top to me. I've never defaulted with them and have a stellar payment history on the credit bureaus so why would they be so aggressive in collection of the first payment of a new loan?

The application process was fairly straight forward and easy. Speaking to the representative after filling out the application online was also easy.
I went to the office and the process was quick. I was happy to know that I could set up my payment date, which helps when doing my budget.

After all is said and done, I'm going to be paying 15k in interest. Make sure you understand that when signing. Very shady place. Called, was put on hold, needed an extension on my loan, and they still processed it.twice.leaving me without the funds I needed this weekend because now I have to wait for my real bank to dispute this charge. One main should so something for their error with regards to compensation since this was THEIR error. Spoke to the "branch manager", he told me the staff is new and didn't know any better pretty much since they gave incorrect information. So now I have to pay the consequences of their mess up? Bottom line.avoided this place, read your contract. Don't put up collateral or anything, just keep walking past here unless you want to be ridiculous amounts of interest and have people not care about your money and remove it from your account as they see fit.

My dealings with One Main have always been quick and painless. My loan was deposited by the time I got home. Unique, the young woman, that did all of my work was a delight to work with. She has a wonderful personality, is super polite and personable. She is as unique as her name. She is gem for you all to treasure.

Unique is truly one of a kind. You can’t beat that kind of knowledge, grace, and positive attitude. She excels in educating her clients so they understand their financial obligations and potential savings. It was a pleasure meeting you. Irreplaceable. I was serviced during my lunch break And still had time to eat.

2nd time getting a loan and it was a smooth process. My agent on both loans was Unique and she was awesome to deal with. She made things easy and explained everything very well. I will continue to use One main and Unique in the future.

I tried and was approved for a $10K loan but only needed $1K to finish buying a car that i had already left a down payment on.

Shawna was very helpful in the beginning and then went south not within her control and i understood that. With that being said, without making this a long story?

Let’s just say i went with a Real bank, received the $1K needed and everything was done within the hour.

Case and point? Only go to these people if you are so down on your luck and have a vehicle as collateral if your credit is not the greatest. But if you can avoid this place at all cost do so!

They have a very shady like vibe and i got this impression just after a few phone calls and conversations. Leave these people only!
