Young did a fantastic job and made himself available during my available times. Very nice friendly man who made the process smooth.

I came to Rick in desperate need of a loan with less than perfect credit and was blown away by his commitment to finding a loan that worked for me in a timely manner! Despite a few speed bumps Rick never gave up on me and we were able to secure exactly what I needed. Would absolutely work with him again.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had speaking to somebody. I spoke with Richard holzer at the hatfield branch. He was very rude and ignorant towards why I needed a loan. Then he went on to ask me condescending questions and questioning why I need the amount I needed, after I answered his questions he was then more rude when I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone of voice and that I would not be moving forward with them. Whatever you do, don’t use these people and avoid Richard at all cost. He honestly sounds like he hasn’t signed somebody up in a long time and he’s looking for his next victim.

My Loan specialist was on point and everything went smoothly.
Wish I made the decision sooner.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Loan rates are a joke and they lie to try to increase rates.
Mariner Finance is a much better option if a loan is the only option.

The manager Mike Serratore is unprofessional, and you can see it passed down to some of the employees. Literally some of the worst loan salesmen I've ever been in contact with over my 20 years in sales.

Asked to have the loan moved to my Local OneMain because I was told I had to come in to sign, and finish the loan process.

They rejected the loan instead and ignored multiple phone calls and documented emails.

Rick gave me a call the other day not introducing himself until I asked then trying to remind me of my payment which I have a grace period to make and when I told him I couldn’t talk because I just moved and I was remotely working he told me to calm down in a aggressive tone. I was shocked that he got aggressive so I hung up be realized after reading the reviews he’s been doing this for years and one main at this location hasn’t done anything and he keeps doing it so I called back and requested to speak to him but ended up speaking to the manager Michael and told him to relay a very creative message I doubt he did but I’ve been doing business with them since early 2021 and Eve be had an interaction like this but then again never talked to Rick. So do yourself a favor and use another location if Rick is there.

Kate explained everything very professionally. It was done in a timely manor and I walked out with a check keeping in mind i had issues with credit and still got the loan.

It was very refreshing no pressure and everything was exsplain so i could understand i will refer anybody who ask what loan company to use one main financle very profesional makes you feel at ease
