I called the office to get information about revising a current loan I hold with OMF. I worked with Loan Specialist, Chance Groff. He was very personable, informative, addressed all of my questions and presented me with the best way to proceed. It wasn't necessary for me to go to the OMF office to sign/approve the necessary documents, which made everything so much easier. From beginning to end it only took a few days. OMF should be very confident that their employee, Chance Groff, makes clients feel comfortable in all stages of the loan process. I definitely did.
