So this morning is now the second time in a row that they have not picked up my trash. Curious to see if they are going to bill me for the service they are not providing.

They not only do trash, but they filled the heart of a family who lost their dog. As busy as this company is, for 2 days they tried to get ahold of our dog who had gone missing. They took time out of their day to give my kids back their dog. There is something to say about a company who found time to fullfill our needs and still run a buisness. Thank you

Very reliable pick up service. They meet all my expectations for residential service. Have used the roll off service on a home rehab project also. I’d give them an A+.

Terrible customer experience. We used their residential trash service and everything was fine for several years. Suddenly they claimed my bin was too heavy and wouldn't pick it up. Then they claimed that I had construction debris in the bin so we needed to pay an additional fee to have it picked up. Nowhere on their website, in any previous conversations or any paperwork do they state this. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused to get on the line with me. In my opinion they got lazy and decided to try to rip me off. Customer service obviously isn't a high priority. Do NOT recommend using this company.

I needed a 15 yard can in a hurry. I called 3 places and Opdenaker's was the only company that was able to get it me in 24 hours.actually less and give it to me for a wonderful price. I highly recommend them! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Inconsistent recycling pick up. Too often I come home to an uncollected recycling bin and then I need to take it to a recycling place myself when I am paying to have it picked up curbside. AND if this is not bad enough one can never get a hold of a customer service rep when one calls their phone number. AND when I leave a message and phone number to call me back there is never follow-up so I am left to conclude that service is certainly not a top priority with them.

I think they're outstanding! They work! Compare them to taxpayer-supported workers. That's why I tip them big.

We get all of our dumpsters from Opdenaker, and never once had an issue with weight, delivery or service. The staff inside the office is polite and easy to work with. The drivers place the dumpster exactly where they need to be with little direction, and their availability is beyond accommodating. Top notch service and the only way we ever use a different dumpster company is if we're out of their delivery range.

Service was ok. I had to deal with a delay with them due to some malfunction with there systems.

On Tuesday of this week I got stuck on a call and was not able to roll our trash bin out to the street before the Opdenaker truck came through our neighborhood. We had a pretty full trash bin that needed to be emptied so I was angry with myself that I had missed their pickup. Later that day I went out to pick up my newspaper and noticed that it was sitting on top of our trash bin, which was in its usual place next to our garage. I opened the trash bin lid and, lo and behold, the bin was empty. I knew instantly what had happened - the crew must have figured that I had trash in my bin (because I always do) and that I had been unable to put it out for some reason, so one of them walked up to my house, grabbed my trash bin and rolled it down to their truck, emptied it, and then brought the bin (along with my newspaper) all the way back up to my house. I cannot tell you how pleased I was when I realized what they had done. Their service went way above and beyond the call of duty, in my opinion. (Note: I am not even a direct Opdenaker customer - I am actually a Waste Management customer, but Opdenaker services our neighborhood.)

They bill quarterly and They never sent a bill and never called. Missed that one payment, they sent me to collections for 5x what i owed.and came and took their trash cans back. You would think a company that bills quarterly would have an autopay system. They are like dramatic little girls with this. I guess customer retention isn't high on their list of priorities.what a joke

And their dumpster prices are the highest in the area and takes 2 weeks to be dropped off. Find somewhere else to rent from.
