2First year ordering water to fill the pool and we have nothing but nice things to say. The experience was made fun for our kiddos and they have given us more then enough time for payment (I have to call them tomorrow actually) the water was great the delivery man was patient with the kids running around asking to help and play in the water. I’m hoping this will be a new summer tradition using this company to start our summer off right
Billing service they use is terrible, getting finance charges while on budget plan. Checks cashed 2-3 weeks after they'd been mailed. Supposed to be on auto delivery service, they let us run out and said someone would come first thing the next day. Ended up being 1130. Pick another fuel oil supply company. Waited a year to let us know they didn't offer service contracts anymore. I called 3 times that year and never got a return call
