What an incredible experience! Mark (the owner) is an absolute professional. Being new to full time glasses I was very weary. I did what we all do, went to the mall.went to Costco, looked online.asked others to try theirs on, etc.
I thought I knew exactly what I wanted.but I didn't. Mark took an hour sitting with me, trying on almost EVERY frame he had in stock. He knew which frames would fit my lifestyle and matched my look. He provided solid advice on my investment and at no point did he try to upsell me into a frame I didn't need.
This is old school service people, the way it used to be.and they way it should be. You have gained a customer for life, Mark. And, I will refer any and all of my family and friends to you.
