Never get your lashes done there.they put it under near your water line and the glue is so hard to remove.oil doesn’t even help and from what i hear, they don’t remove your lashes.

This place is horrible. I finally figured out their system. If you are given one of the guys to do your nails this means that your 20% tip is not worthy of the women who actually know how to do nails. I called to make an appointment with one of the gals that actually know how to do nails and they tried to pass me off onto one of the guys. I told them that I did not make my appointment with him. I made it with one of the gals. The owner decided to do my nails and when I told her that two of my nails broke off because there was no gel on them to begin with, she charged me anyways and copped an attitude when I tried to tell her that it was not my fault that my gel nails broke off. I paid my bill and she passed the tip onto the guy anyways. I’m sure if you go in there and drop a $20 tip you would be known by name and treated like a queen. They do discriminate.

Manager ' s attitude is not good and not satisfied with his work. I feel I gave my money to wrong person and waste my time too

The place was covered in dust. I went in for lashes and the employee didn't wash her hands or wear gloves. I was leaning over a Mani table while she used a tweezer from who knows where to put them on. Then I tried a dip Mani and she did them quickly but not with much care. I won't be going back.

I wonder how gel nails go from $42 to $47 as soon as i go to pay. I asked and was told i was going to be charged 5 extra dollars for my acrylic nails, because they were "long". Look at the picture lol. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to remind them what the price of nails are on their own menu. Nice people but not going back.my first time felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of.because THEY THINK Im not going to tip or that I don't want to.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I watched how they clean their utensils, they literally run it under some water and scrub it with a dry brush and put it back into the “sanitary” packets. As a result of that, I got fungus on almost all of my toe nails and finger nails. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They do amazing nail designs, I will give them that. But that means nothing if they can’t be clean.

It’s never consistent when coming here.it’s doesn’t matter who ones your pedicures.their always rushing and you can definitely tell a couple days later.when you get gel you have too come back days later too get your nails repainted and it’s so annoying and the biggest inconvenience! Their prices are way to high for the quality work that they do.the eyelashes come off a couple days later as well which it didn’t use too but their always so busy that their rushing their work and the quality has definitely decreased!

I came in off of a recommendation to get a full set of liquid/builder gel nails. The design came out nice however, the girl drilled straight through to my nail bed at the base of my nail and said 'oh, the drill gets hot' when I jumped. I realized when I got home that there was a little blood around the top of the nail and my nail is still super sore and sensitive even a few days later. That entire nail was ground down to almost nothing. I am no stranger to getting a full set or fill ins but I've never had nails destroyed like this. I will not be back.

Could have left happier with my nails. I had good experiences here in the past this time just wasn’t very good. I probably wouldn’t be leaving a review if these nails didn’t cost me 78$. Hit or miss with the people who do nails in there.

Charged me over $100 for a BASIC design for JUST a manicure and did my nails uneven. When I went back to have them fix the uneven nail they tried to charge me! I’ve personally seen them upcharge a family by giving one price and then after talking to other owner change a more expensive price. DO NOT GO HERE!

This nail spa is the best in the area i have never been anywhere else that has good service like optima nails

DO NOT GET THEIR LASH EXTENSIONS! THE $25 IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE IN THE LONG RUN.they use hair or wig glue NOT lash glue and it burns your eyes.they also place the lashes UNDER your natural lashes almost on your waterline which makes it hard to close your eyes fully.i've had them on for a week and tried to take them off with EVERYTHING from vaseline, lash glue remover, coconut oil etc.and nothing is working.ended up having to make an appointment at the amazing lash studio and when explaining my situation, she asked if i went to Optima because not only had she herself experienced this, she has helped multiple people who have been in this same situation from Optima's carelessness.zero stars if i could.

The owner Leah is extremely Racist! She blatantly shows favoritism to her white clients. She's extremely disrespectful to her non white clients. I believe that business should have a level of professionalism. If you only want to service white people say so. I will be sure to tell all my friends to stop patronizing this salon. In fact, I will buy them gift cards for my new nail salon.

I have been coming here for months and they are amazing. Lya and Andy always polite to me. I would recommend this place. You always get what you pay for and leave with a smile on your face.

I love Andy, Leah and Anna does the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I love my nails long & have a hard time finding a good salon that can do them how I like. They do the best designs as well. I won’t go anywhere else.

Excellent job! First visit a year ago as a Christmas present, went back and the service is still on point, will be going back

I took my granddaughter here to get her nails done for her 16th birthday. We had a 3: 00 appointment and were not taken until 3: 45. This is not the first time this has happened to us. Although the finished nails did look nice, the nail technician was so rough in her filing, that my granddaughter's fingers were actually bleeding a little bit. The ventilation was very poor and the odor of chemicals was very strong. Then when checking out, they were trying to get me to pay by cash instead of my credit card. This is also not the first time they did that either. The Visa and Master Card logos are prominently displayed on their front door. I would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to sit around waiting for your appointment.
