I love being a member of the OTF NoLibs family! The front desk staff makes you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door until you leave the studio after class. The staff takes the time to learn your name and get to know you; I love chatting with them before class starts. The coaches are excellent. They are knowledgeable and encourage you to establish and reach your fitness goals. When I fractured my foot and could no longer run, coaches Anna, Zach, Jason, Ally, Tyler and Kiana provided me with exercise modifications so I could still workout while I was healing. I was encouraged by the coaches to work on upper body muscles and continue slowly recovering my foot, and now I am back to running! OTF NoLibs has a really fun atmosphere, the music is always upbeat, and the coaches cheer you on as you achieve your goals. Highly recommend!

I love the variety of the workout; every day looks a little different! The benchmarks and other challenges have kept me motivated. In the past, I have been more focused on “burning calories”, but now I don’t even look at that - I just challenge myself to be the best version of myself that I could be that day, which may look a little different each time…and the live heart rate monitoring is super cool! I honestly don't think I would be as invested without the heart rate monitoring/splat points/etc. Thank you, coaches and staff, for everything!

The workouts are always different which keeps it interesting and fun but not so different that you can't track your progress with each exercise. The accountability of signing up for classes keeps me accountable to attend class. The coaches are Northern Liberties are fantastic and make a point to connect with each member by having shoutouts in class and pushing you individually. Seeing your HR zone/calories/effort on the screen is motivating and helps gauge your effort in the moment. The signature workouts each month put a competitive spin on everything so you can track your progress over time. I have nothing but good things to say!

I have never been so motivated to exercise and do better for my physical and mental health. The classes are time effective for a full time student like myself! The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful! You go at your own pace without any judgement because everyone else is focused on their own goals. I really love the concepts because I can a number person so I love how the heart monitor shows me where I am at for I can keep pushing myself! I would never thought I would enjoy and am excited to come to each class

I experienced a tremendous class incorporating a full body workout via a high energy, multiple workout station, high technology, positive/motivational setting. Kudos to staff and instructor (Allie). I HIGHLY recommend OrangeTheory in NoLibs. I will also check out the one in Naples.

I love working out at OTF. The staff and coaches are super friendly and knowledgable, and I love the combination of treadmill, rower, and weights.

Absolutely amazing studio! Anna and Jason are my favorite coaches. Not only do you leave the workout feeling physically better, but also emotionally and mentally better. The coaches try to give you individualized attention as much as possible throughout the workouts. They will give you tips on how to correct form and will even motivate you to push yourself with higher weight choices etc. Highly recommend joining.

This location is UNMATCHED. The energy, strength, and good vibes Northern Libs gives off is UNMATCHED. I spent the past few years doing multiple Beach Body programs, and joining gyms to do various workouts, but the sweat, endurance, and strength I get from working out at OT NoLibs is nothing but UNMATCHED. All the coaches here are amazing, and every workout I complete, I know I couldn't have gotten a better workout in anywhere else, with anyone else. Thanks OT NoLibs for helping me crush goals- fitness, mental, and health!

I absolutely loved the upbeat music and instructor's attitude! I have been in a lull with taking care of myself for many months, and I love working out- this was what I needed to jumpstart my way back into a self care routine. This was my first OT class and enjoyed doing full body in one workout rather than my old ways of - leg days, back or arm days, etc. Cannot wait for the next class!

I was completely new to OTF when coming to this studio for the first time, and never have I felt more welcomed in a fitness environment! They explained everything to ease those first timer jitters and the front desk staff and coaches made sure I was set up with everything I needed at the start, during, and at the end of class. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to join, but I did anyway because the environment is so great! Thanks OTF NoLibs!

Great people, faculty and program. I’ve had a personal trainer. The coaches at OT are just as effective. Detailed attention in the beginning and constantly advising you to avoid injury or excess straining. All exercises are rotated daily so you are seldom stiff/sore. I’ve stayed with this program for 3 years, the longest of any fitness program I have committed to.

I’ve never really been into fitness and I started in January 2021 after seeing a friend doing it and looking great. The environment is very supportive, friendly, encouraging and effective. I’ve lost 25 pounds since i started, ran my first 5k, did the dritri sprint and feel and look better than I ever have. I am grateful for orangetheory for allowing me to create new habits and a new lifestyle and definitely recommend it to anyone interested
