Orchard Square Apartments

I'm very satisfied to rent apartments in Orchard Square. It is located in a wonderful place: every morning I drink my coffee and look at the lawn, where the deers are passing by. There is a picnic place on the lawn. The apartments were repaired before I moved in. All appliances are new and properly installed. The management and maintenance staff — Eileen, Kyle, and Steve —are friendly and respond quickly to any request. The parking lot is roomy. I really can't find any single reason to write something negative. Orchard Square is a great place!

I've lived at Orchard Square for over 20 years, and am VERY happy there. The current staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Steve and Kyle are the most dedicated maintenance team. Besides both being friendly and competent, they're also very trustworthy, which is of the utmost importance to me. Eileen is a breath of fresh air as property manager. She has a wonderful communication style that makes it clear that she cares about our apartment community. The employees of an apartment complex can really make or break your experience. Thankfully, these three are a total asset (so, clearly, Scully gets some major credit for hiring them and keeping them). I would highly recommend Orchard Square.

Just recently moved in. Eileen was so helpful right from the start and everything went smoothly. Had my first dumb question for maintenance and Kyle handled it with a smile and assurance. So far very happy.

Been living here better part of 4 months n have nothing but good things to say about moving here. Kyle n Steve are really on top of their game as far as maintenance. You have to have lived somewhere where this was an issue to appreciate their attention to detail. Eileen in the office made move in process really smooth.

We have lived here for a few years now and I must say it's been a wonderful experience throughout! Steve and Kyle our maintenance team are BOTH outstanding. These guys work incredibly hard to keep the complex looking great and running smoothly. When our hot water heater went they came out right away without hesitation. In fact, any time we have needed to reach out to them they have come out quickly and have always had such a pleasant demeanor. Eileen in the office is absolutely the cherry on top. Not only has she become fast friends with my kiddo who looks forward to stopping in to visit for a bit on "friend Fridays" She is very quick to return calls and address any resident inquiries or concerns. We are so so thankful to have her as an office manager! While we do wish the buildings were able to have the water metered separately by apartment rather than the building, we do understand these are older units. That being said when the township raised water service rates Eileen worked to not only figure out why the bills had jumped. She also took the time to go head to head with them to ensure our readings for each building were billed correctly and even had checks done on all buildings to ensure there weren't any unnoticed leaks in the complex that could have contributed. The entire team here really goes above and beyond. Unlike other complexes where maintenance is more of a cheap fix or cover-up; you won't experience that here. This is why despite being older buildings you would never know it. If something does come up Eileen, Steve and Kyle are ON IT! They will investigate the cause of the issue and either repair it properly or replace it if need be. You guys are all fantastic! Thank You for all that you do. We look forward to many years to come with Orchard Square and are excited to see the complex evolve to be even better in the future.

Lived here for 4 years and had nothing but a great experience. Very quite, clean and a safe area. Eileen is a very sweet lady and helped us with anything we needed. Huge shoutout to the maintenance guys, Steve and Kyle. They are the 2 nicest people I have met to date and were very speedy with any requests and very helpful every time. They also made sure to keep the grounds spotless. Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to rent in the area.

Just moved in a week ago. The wait was 4 months and it was completely worth it! Eileen at the office is an absolute GEM! She was really responsive to all my calls/emails, informative, and super friendly through the entire process. Makes you feel like you are the only person in the world she is working with. The apartment is the perfect size, SO QUIET (my last apartment had loud, obnoxious neighbors which prompted my move), looks like no one has ever lived here prior, gorgeous landscaping, I LOVE having a balcony again, great appliances. I haven't even mentioned maintenance yet - Steve really lived up to his online reputation! My AC was broken when I moved in and I didn't put anything into the portal until almost 5pm expecting a response on Monday. Steve showed up 15 minutes later and with thunderstorms coming! Another amazingly nice person. He said he felt bad for talking to me while trying to unpack - meanwhile, I disturbed him on a Saturday night! I am so happy that I made the move - hurry up and make yours!

Our move-in process was smooth and Eileen was very patient & accommodating during and after our move-in to the apartment.
Whenever you need something fixed, the maintenance team is always on top of it and is nice to chat with.

My husband and I lived here for 3.5 years and have only great things to say about this place. The staff is a HUGE part of why we loved living here. Because it is a smaller complex, you get to know the staff well. Steve and Kyle (maintenance) are excellent and complete work orders in a very efficient manner. When we had problems with our washer, it was replaced the very next day. They also are great with staying on top of any snow/ice in the complex. Eileen was also wonderful and very helpful during our time here. They are all very friendly. The location is perfect and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. We enjoyed walking around the adjacent neighborhoods as well. Thank you for everything!

I have lived at Orchard Square for several years and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff are truly the best and go above and beyond for their tenants. Whenever you need something fixed, Kyle and Steve take care of the issue quickly and efficiently. They are also two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. The office staff is also wonderful and Raquel (the current office manager) is on top of her game and ready and willing to make the tenants of Orchard Square comfortable and happy. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe place to call home.

I wanted to send an updated review for this apartment complex since I cannot say enough good things. Last night at almost 10PM, there was a leak in my bathroom. I contacted the office and left a message. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Steve (one of the maintenance men). After describing what was happening, he knew right away what the problem was and he was at the apartment taking care of it 10 minutes after I called. The service here is truly unmatched. Not to mention, the whole staff - Steve, Kyle & Eileen - are some of the kindest people I know. I am so thankful to live in a place that truly takes great care of their tenants.

After 2 years of living at Orchard Square, I can honestly say that these 5 stars aren’t even enough to say how grateful I am for Orchard Square and how amazing it was to call home. The only reason we are leaving is strictly just because we have finally been able to purchase a house. Eileen, Steve, and Kyle have been nothing but amazing during our time here. Units are clean. When maintenance is necessary, Steve and Kyle are always on top of it and nice to chat with. An added bonus is the amount of nature you see around on a daily basis (deer, foxes, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about Orchard Square, and would recommend it to anyone.
