O'Reilly's Tap Room & Kitchen reviews
18Was there for seminar and lunch was provided. Food and service were great. Staff were on top of taking care of the patrons. Nice banquet room and plenty of parking.
The employees were very courteous and helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast bar that we had been very pleased with in the last couple years we had experienced. Food was either undercooked or overcooked. Do not plan to eat there next year when we stay.
The smoked wings and the service make this place a gem.
It is a favorite for happy hour 4-6 Monday-Friday.
The bartenders and servers really pay attention to customers while still working together and making a great hang out atmosphere.
Service was very slow and staff didn't seem to work well together as you could hear the tension in their voices
I HIGHLY recommend this place! Food is great. They have a great selection of beer on tap. Staff was super friendly and it had great atmosphere
Awesome customer service. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was outstanding and prices were very fair. I highly recommend.
Cheers to the staff for taking care of us all during Hershey RV show week. Jared, Michael, and our ladies of the bar staff were great. Thanks for the Peanut butter Jelly Drinks.
Great food, service, and atmosphere. Always a must for dinner and drinks when in the area for business. Excellent happy hour!
I really wanted nachos so that's what I got. 0 out of 10 wouldn't recommend. It was a heaping mound of chips with minimal shredded cheese (nacho cheese or queso would be much better). It got it with spicy beef. The meat was so minimal it wasn't even funny. I had about 5 or 6 chips with meat on it and that was it. I was basically eating chips, salsa and sour cream.
My friend also had 2 blue moons and they were $6.50 each, seems a little pricey.
On a better note my friend also had the brisket, bacon cheese burger and it was delicious. I know thats a whole lot going on, on 1 burger, but it was good. It's a huge burger with lots of flavor.
This place has no business being this good! The drinks are crafted perfectly and the food tastes like grandma put on a chef’s coat. Absolutely fantastic
One of our favorite restaurants in town! You can't beat the Irish fare mixed with classic pub food and unique chef specials. They also have a knack for signature cocktails. Since this restaurant is attached to the hotel, if the hotel isn't busy neither is the restaurant most times. Outdoor seating is excellent. If the sun is going down, the brick wall at one end of the patio blocks the sun
This place is a bit of a hidden gem set back off the main highway, but definitely a good find. Not your typical hotel restaurant either. The staff was very pleasant and took great care of me during my lunch here. Highly recommend the Big Texas Burger, it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back.
There were fruit flies covering the fruit in an enclosed container on the breakfast buffet. When brought up to the staff, they didn't discard it.
We had a party of 40, sat out on the sun porch.
The food was great!
Everyone liked their meal Everyone!
Don't miss it.
Classic Bait & Switch. When checking into the hotel was given this during check in. Went to grab a bite with my family & was told by the server that they no longer offer half off apps. According to that same server they stopped offering this during the pandemic, I’m okay that they stopped offering this. I’m not okay with getting this from my hotel and going to dine with my family only to hear that it is no longer offered.
Great service. Generous portions. The sauces for the soft pretzel were delicious. The bangers and mash, pot roast, Pot of Gold appetizer, and hot wings were yummy. The hot sauce aficionado highly approved of the flavor of the wings.
Absolutely dreadful experience at this location. Food was disgusting. Waitress ignored us constantly. I had to call the restaurant from my cell phone and ask the hostess if she could send out waitress to our table.
I ordered meatloaf and was told it had gravy on it. Well it did not. Only burnt ketchup and the loaf was so freaking dry. Who puts ketchup on meatloaf? No gravy for the mashed potatoes either. Super dry food.
Finally got the waitress to come back to our table, by then I had lost my appetite. She asked if I wanted a refill on my drink. I said yes. When she finally did bring a fresh drink, she blatantly slammed it on the table and stormed off. Mind you, I kept my cool the ENTIRE time. I walked away and talked to the manager. She comped out entire meal although I wasn't looking for a free meal. Whatever.
I hope this young female gets trained properly after the right person reads this review. Either way, I will NEVER eat here again.
