Exterminator was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything clearly which showed he was well versed in his trade which instilled confidence in my fiancé and I that our issues would be properly taken care of. He even went above and beyond by removing a stump that may have been adding to our ant problem.

Horrible experience, sent out a tech to do an inspection, not to mention was over $100.00. The tech never did the inspection and when it came time for treatment, was when I found out that I needed to do all this prep work for. So needless to say I needed to speak with a manager which was unavailable to speak with until the following week. VERY UNACCEPTABLE! I would recommend Terminix above this place. Would give a negative star if I could, but you have to always rate 1 or better. DO KOT USE

I have been using Orkin for about 3 months now and everything has been great. Our pest problems have been fixed. The ongoing maintenance return visits have been really good too at keeping our bugs at bay. Thanks!

Took time to explain what he did and why it would work to get rid of the bugs. Suggested several corrective measures we can do ourselves to help remedy our problem and should work immediately i.e. Filling in cracks, large and small, in the cement at the bottom of the garage door, installing weather stripping, etc.
P. S. Saw a huge roach in my kitchen last night. Didn't we pay for something to be done to the outside of the house. Seems an awful lot of money to pay for spraying the garage and kitchen and three glue pads?

The guy that came out was extremely nice, helpful, and gave good information however I have to wait until my follow ups are complete to see true result’s because I really don’t see much after the first visit.

I've been with Orkin for a couple of months and their service has always been wonderful. Their pest control technicians are good; professional, great listeners, provide good advice, and get straight to the job. Their insect killers takes a little while before they begin killing insects however when the solution kicks in, home-invading insects are not seen as often.

Would appreciate it if I could be provided extra sticky traps but Orkin no longer does this. I will be calling for maintenance/upkeep.

Im pleased due to I had too many roaches and it took a while but they its under control now. I even refered my speech therapist she like the way the exterminator came to my room and worked profesional and didn't smell the spray for the bugs.

I called in the morning at 7am and was giving an ETA of 2-4 or 4-6. I explained that I had an appointment at 4pm and those time slots would not work for me. The representative suggested I take the earlier of the two so I was booked for 2-4pm. The rep also said he would add notes stating it’s an emergency and I already had a prior appointment. Around 12: 30-ish I received a text saying my exterminator was on his way I was was super excited they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. I truly meant the world to me. Davonte P.was the tech and he explained everything to me in great detail, he answered all of my questions and concerns and he told what he was doing every step of the way. He was very respectful, knowledgeable & above all very efficient! Thanks a million I will definitely book any additional services if need and hopefully I get him again.

Recently Orkin inspected and eliminated all mouse entry points to our rather large house. They installed a guard piece on the bottom of our garage door. It began to slide to the right do they came to replace it. The man who came to replace it was so professional, I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. He was efficient but more than that he was interested in doing the job right. So rare these days. Thank you!

Andrew the Orkin Man was a friendly and knowledgeable young man. He was very professional and respectful. He is a hard worker and answered all my questions with detailed answers, explaining each step to me so I know he wasn't just blowing smoke up my butt. Thank you Andrew and Orkin, now I will get a good night's sleep for the first time in awhile.

I am satisfied that Orkin was able to address my issues which included mice and moths. The technician to come to my house are always nice and thorough.
Todays technician, Jamar Tyson was great.

Unfortunately, dealing with Orkin leadership remains quite frustrating as they are not concerned about customer satisfaction/ retention. I have used the service for years and never had a problem with my request of being first visit in mu 8-10 time slot until the last three months. Today- when a non-first visit seriously impacted my work schedule, I asked to speak to a supervisor (James C) who acted as though I was being unreasonable and told me that the service I’ve had for many years is not possible to be promised. Understandable, but this call could’ve been handled much better. It was a very dissatisfying call and reenforced my belief that Orkin management (at least in the Bensalem office) does not value customers.

We found the clover mites close to our just built brand new house. I call Orkin and they said they will take care of this, and I did contract with full refund warranty if they cannot exterminate this problem. They came 2 times and clover mite did not go away so I call them again and they said I have to let them be about 2 week without any action but I couldn't stand so I put some sticky tape so they cannot come in from window and and I waited 2 weeks and thing has gotten worse as photo I attached. I called them they said they would come last Wednesday but they did not come so I called again, and technician said he will be here next day between 8-10am but he did not come so finally, I called to cancel all service and get refund but they said there are no manager so they will email them to call me (manager names are Chris and James.) I waited last week, and they never call me I wait until today Tuesday no one call me so I call today again but the girl's name Theobe said there are no managers in office so she will email them again. I cannot believe this situation and this awful company.
Please don't use this company rather go to the Home Depot and buy bug killer spray and do it yourself. I will post to BBB too I cannot let this company to play with people who are stressed already with bugs. Finally I talked to the manager but he said he can’t give me full refund because I didn’t let them try enough… what! I try to let them come but they massed up with their own schedule… now he is blaming me so he said he can’t give me full refund… I said no word to say!

I had a problem with carpenter bees. They were able to give me an appointment the same day I called. The technician was punctual and friendly. He listened to my complaint and explained the extermination procedure. I was very pleased with the service provided.

The workers are rude and unprofessional. There have been 2 instances where they showed up to my house announced after i asked them not to the first time it happened again. When i call to inform of issues there is no follow up. I’m just counting down the days until my contract is up because I will not be renewing and finding another pest control company

I had a disappointing experience with Orkin when I called them to remove ants. Initially, I was quoted $232.14 for the first treatment and $129 for the second treatment, with a guarantee of a free third treatment if needed. I scheduled an appointment with a technician on the same day, but he arrived later than expected.

During the service, the technician presented me with a contract for a recurring program that would cost $232.14 upfront, and three additional payments of $129. This was $258 more than what I was quoted on the phone. When I questioned the representative, I was told that I had signed up for a five-time treatment program, which would cost over $800, and was later given a $50 discount to sign up for the yearly contract. The representative was also yelling and accusing me of wanting to take advantage of their refund policy.

This was not the experience I was expecting, and I am very unhappy with Orkin. They charged my credit card without my permission and scheduled another service that I did not request. I have called them multiple times, but no one has answered. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and I regret not shopping around for other options before choosing Orkin.

My first time appointment with Orkin was today. A friend of mine recommended them. I was highly satisfied with today's service. I had a competitor contracted before and it was the worse service I had ever received. Orkin did so much more and offered more at a better price. Even customer service was easier to reach and sign up was quick and easy.

The tech arrived on time, with text notices giving 15 minute warning, did all of the preventative services that one would expect, paying particular attention to preventing intrusion from mice, as we had requested. Throughout he was respectful of our wishes and both professional and friendly. He reminded us they if we saw any pests, his return trip to deal with them is included in our quarterly payment, guaranteed.

My rep was absolutely amazing. He called to confirm. Explained all the terms clearly and clarified where needed. Asked additional questions to make sure he had a good picture of what was going on. And professionally withhold judgment from his eyes as he walked around our chaos of packing boxes and bins! Thanks for all your help!

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life.

Everything was going good from October until May. Then in July, they didn’t show up. I put a message in to the system and heard nothing back. They were then supposed to come in August for the missed appointment. Once again did not come. I started getting a little concerned. So I put another ticket in and got a new appointment for October 8th. Once again did not show up. All the while, we’ve been charged. Total charges of $260 now for no service.

So I called corporate customer service and they were very nice. The person on the phone yesterday heard our situation and concurred with us that something was not right based off the “service notes”. He said he would escalate the situation and we would get a call back.

Sure enough, we got a call back from the local office. We explained our situation to the office and they said we were wrong because the GPS tracking shows their tech was there. I tried to explain that we have I work from home and have a ring doorbell I check whenever someone comes on the porch because of the area we live in. He proceeded to say I was lying. I told him how rude he was being and he hung up the phone.

I called corporate and they again agreed that something was not right and admitted that GPS tracking does not prove that work was done. Corporate is still working on it and has been very helpful and pleasant but I wanted everyone to know to stay away from this office.

To reiterate, even corporate agrees that something is wrong.

Technician arrived early, called me to let me know he would. Since he was about 15 minutes ahead of schedule I had not yet arrived at home. He waited outside patiently, and greeted me when I arrived. He proceeded to thoroughly inspect and prepare the property. Also took time to explain everything and answer the many questions I had for him. Another quality visit from Orkin.
