They team we dealt with were great. Very fast to get us in. I called 2 other places to get bed bugs taken care of and they could see us for over 2.5 weeks. Absolutely terrible. I paid $350 to have a guy come and spray wasps in my house but apparently actually removing the dead wasps isn't included in the service. Might just be me but $350 seems like an awful lot of money to then have to actually remove the dead wasps myself. I'll definitely never use orkin again.

TheOrkin technician was in all ways very satisfactory. That's saying a lot for any exterminating service!

Orkin came out to install termite prevention system. Fellow was courteous and professional. System installed with no problems.

The inspector was prompt and professional. Not pushy but explained all options with pricing. After our decision was made, a service technician showed up within minutes to eliminate our bee problems. They are a little pricey but hey.you get what you pay for. The problem has gone away. They will be back for additional treatments. I will review again after those treatments.

Very pleased with the service. The service man who does the property is pleasant & knowledgeable. He explains everything to me & answers questions. Usually I can’t work in my garden without extreme measures. This year-not a tick to be seen. Good fair prices

The initial inspector (Robert Lewis) was very helpful and willing to have us f/u with him for future questions and when we did call him, he answered them all. Then the day of the treatment we could not been any happier. Andy was the greatest, when all was done we felt we had premium quality care. We will be happy to have our yearly contract and will refer people to Orkin for sure. Thank you for the quality you have working for you.

The application of the pesticide was good and thorough. My only complaint is that the inspector never relayed the message of what needed done. Thankfully we took good notes.

Tech was professional and thorough. The techs show up. Do the spraying. With pest control results are never immediate (like the next day). These surveys are a poor way to do business. Also this came and when accessed got the response "already responded". Stupid! Still waiting for meal moth traps.

I’ve been using Orkin for years to handle regular scheduled spraying and a few infestations, and they’ve always been helpful, kind, and professional. Not only did they take care of my various pest problems, including fleas and wasps, but they were extremely pleasant while doing so. They also communicate well with scheduling and their services are a great value compared to other pest termination providers.
