Our service person, Meghan, is a star. She's so much a trusted member of the family - she doesn't even set the dog off. She remembers the peculiarities of our 1850s farmhouse and always makes a point of checking all of our many nooks & crannies. The rare occasion of looking forward to a service person visiting your home.

Very friendly, always answers my questions and understanding of concerns. Always, on time and great at taking care of the pests.

Jeremy is always a pleasure to work with. He is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that he loves his job.

The Orkin service has been consistent, reliable, and the same tech, which is great for knowing the ins and outs of our property. I only wish they could do a bit more for things that are “out of reach”

No one told me to have cupboards empty, he only did a soft spray. Seeing more now since he did it. Needed to be a full house spraying. Was not worth the money I paid for the amount he did. Bad communication, need to be told ahead of time so we can be ready.

Prompt in addressing the problem. Came back 6months later to check bait stations without my calling!

Last service was not provided as agreed upon and no service at all was provided in the month of August with no communication as to why.

Brad the red headed guy I believe who treated my apartment, on Tuesday the 19th of September, was the best orkin man I've ever meet. He actually took his time to explain things, and looked around good and didn't just walk in for two minutes and leave (past workers from last year didn't do their job at all, once he sat in the car and said he wasn't treating it because he didn't "find anything" but was still only there to spray for a precaution over neighbors.

Office staff cant seem to get the most simple things correct or document even though they say they will so the techs end up with the wrong phone number or not doing a complete service. Have used orkin for about 10 years. Last couple of years, they have gotten terrible with communication and scheduling. Not really happy with them overall, but when they do get out and spray EVERYTHING they are supposed to, it does seem to help.
