Dr. Eck took his time with me and explained everything I needed to know about the treatment he was discussing.

I was referred to Dr. Casey as a second review for me knee. I was anxious due to the first doctor telling me I needed surgery right away. The appointment was not a great experience. He accused me of being combative, while I explain to him in the beginning my feelings of frustration and high anxiety over having been told my knee needed emergent surgery from the first doctor. Who tried to schedule me for surgery while he was on vacation. I was told by Dr. Casey that people make mistakes. Asking a patient to drive 40 minutes for emergent surgery and not being available is not a small mistake. Most people know when they are taking PTO. During the appointment, Dr. Casey went from explaining my knee was not emergent to pressuring me to book a surgery with him. I explain in a week I was schedule for my one year cancer exam and wanted to wait to gain the opinion of my Oncologist to ensure the cancer had not spread. Dr. Casey did not seem to care about my situation. He only wanted me to book surgery with him. I told him that he needed better bedside manners before he should consider operating on any patient. Patients come in anxious, scare, nervous due to medical issues. We need to made to feel comfortable and understood about our concerns. I was made to feel as a crazy person looking for a fight. As a cancer patient, it has been a struggle even after the each minth that ticks by with the news the cancer has not returned. Put yourself into my positon, any patient postion. He deals with a ton of sports patients. How horrible qould it be to gear your life dream has ended because of an injury. Please show some feelings and understanding for your patients. Don't become a doctor if you cannot understand their needs.

Although very conservative on care, Dr. Rodgers was very honest that my knee was past arthroscopic surgery and would eventually need replacement if the cortisone and physical therapy didn't provide relief.

Dr. Clyde knew exactly what was wrong and told me the choices I had. He made sure I understood the options and gave me a few minutes to digest what I heard. I would definitely recommend Dr. Clyde. He may be young, but I don't thing that's a negative. I believe that's a benefit for the newer procedures that come out.

Dr. Rogers was friendly and took time to explain my x-ray. He recommended a Cortizone shot for treatment. I asked him about physical therapy in addition to that to which he replied that that would be a good idea. My only complaint would be that he didn’t initiate the encouragement for the PT, but I was satisfied overall with my visit.

Just good old fashioned good Doctor helping a patient get back to work and other things they like to do without pain, I prayed for him and he did what any decent doctor would do. I am glad that there are doctors like him, and consider him a FRIEND. I am blessed to know him.

Dr. Gish has repaired a massive rotator cuff tear and replaced my knee over the past few years. He’s clearly a skilled surgeon. He’s also a good listener, which I think is an important quality. There’s no arrogance or air of superiority about him, whatsoever.

I'm re-posting my review since my last review was removed. I wonder if this is why there are so many other one star reviews that have no other information.
So I will say this: I felt like my doctor was uncaring, unprofessional, and did not feel that my needs as a patient were met. Personally, I don't advise going here.

When I go to see a doctor, I prefer to see those who:
* take the time to listen to their patients
*treat them respect
*see them in a timely manner and
*do not speak over them whenever they try to speak

So from my personal perspective, I'm giving it a one star based off of my own experience.

Not the best experience at the Spooky Nook location. The Dr was 20 minutes late and seemed to be rushed. We understand that may happen at times, but then he interrupted the patient while she was answering his questions, to the point of being rude. After visit summary noted that 35 minutes were spent during the patient encounter and more than half of that time was spent in a face to face manner in the examination room, which was not true since the Dr was barely in the room for 15 minutes. We had already gotten the test results online, and the only thing we learned from this particular Dr visit is that we will not return to this Dr again.

One month out from a reverse shoulder replacement and doing well. It was a difficult decision to make, but things were explained well and Dr Rodgers was willing to answer any questions and showed compassion and confidence. I am pleased with my care so far in this process and look forward to good range of motion and being without pain.

Dr Clyde was very thoughtful of my concerns of my left wrist carpal tunnel syndrome. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
