The doctor was nice but his bedside manner was too quick. He told me to come back when I’m in pain.

Dr Schank explained in detail about what my problem was and gave me options. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely trust him to do my surgery.

I've been coming to OIP since the 80's, I've had good and bad experiences. I hit a hiccup in the road, and Dr Shank stepped up.and a really bad experience turned out to be the best outcome possible thanks to him. Best beside manner I've seen in a Dr in a long time. I would recommend OIP.

Dr schank is excellent surgeon. His bedside manors are great. Once did my foot surgeon I have been pain free.

He is a Godsend as far as his capabilities of surgery on my back, as I ended up with 7 screws, 2 rods and spacers and I am up and walking, sitting in a chair upright, standing without any pain less than 1 month later.

Dr. Shank made me feel that my particular medical issue was of utmost importance. He answered every one of my questions in terms that I could understand. I was well taken care of, and left the office knowing exactly what happened and what to expect next. Thank you Dr. Schank!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Fernandez for ongoing back/neck pain. He was attentive and thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. I highly recommend him!

I had a fracture and was able to get in the same day. Not a 5 because I had to leave voice messages and portal messages to get the notes. Seems like they're only checked at the end of the day.

Appointment with Dr Schank went extremely well. He checked my pain area and recommended staying off the treadmill and using the exercise bike for exercise until my next appointment. Also to continue the seven therapy exercises.

Original review before talking with Cathy: Front desk staff had no idea what they were doing. I was seen by the doctor the previous night in the ER and he told me to stop by his office to pick up a brace that they didn’t have in the ER. I was diagnosed and seen in the ER, not the OIP office, yet I just got a huge bill for an office visit which is completely wrong. I called and they don’t know what is going to happen but I will be fighting this. The front desk had no idea what to do with my insurance and ended up charging me out of pocket. I paid $30 for the wedges for my brace and they said my insurance would cover the actual brace. Why did they charge me an additional amount when I didn’t even see the doctor or get diagnosed that day? All I did was pick up the brace. I am extremely disappointed in the false information given and the disorganized staff. Y’all need to communicate better so the common people don’t suffer from YOUR mistakes!

Dr. Fernandez and staff are always top notch and thank them for the care they've me since day 1!

Dr. Charles Griffith is a good dr with great communication skills. He explains complex issues in a understandable method. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Fernandez has shown me the utmost care and concern at every appointment. I've also needed 2 major surgeries in which he has performed with expertise.
His assistant Erin is highly efficient and friendly. The rest of the OIP staff have always provided friendly and professional service.
