I started seeing Tom back in February for a couple of different issues. First was plantar fasciitis and a neuroma in my left foot. Tom was able to treat and advise on both concerns. He provided me with training and exercises I could do at home which helped tremendously with the pain. I'm almost entirely pain free at this time.
Secondly, due to a variety of reasons, I have had issues with tension in my neck for years. In the past when I would seek treatment the pain just seemed to shift from side to side which became frustrating. Tom has been able to work through the tension and stiffness without just shifting the pain.
I couldn't be happier with the treatment and it's well worth the time and money I've invested.
Whatever pain or condition you are dealing with, I guarantee Tom can help and if not, he will point you in the right direction to get the care you need.

I had a total hip replacement in November 2022 to repair a torn labrum but continued to have debilitating pain. After surgery I followed up with physical therapy but did not have any resolution of the continued pain. I was referred to Tom for additional help with my continued pain. I have been working with him for a few months now and he is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable regarding the holistic approach to medicine. We are working together to improve my strength and mobility to help alleviate my pain. I highly recommend him as he is compassionate, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He has also helped relieve my chronic headache pain.

I injured my pec almost a year ago. I spent thousands of dollars in copays, went through 3 mri and a cat scan with not one single answer on how to help. Doctors don’t even touch you anymore. Tom noticed some muscular imbalances on day one and in the matter of a couple of months I am back to working out and riding bike. If it wasn’t for Tom’s help I probably would have lost my job and possibly never regained full mobility on my left upper chest, shoulder and back area. I’m grateful and appreciate all that Tom has done in helping to get my life back.

About a year ago I had physical therapy for two separate issues, pain in my left knee and frequent cramps in my right hamstring. I was given exercises for both that helped substantially, but after a year I still had some left knee pain and some right hamstring tightness.

On the advice of another of Tom’s patients, I went to see him. Tom looked at me holistically and explained that both symptoms were related and the result of the same issue. He worked on that issue and gave me homework (simple exercises that I could easily do while watching the evening news) to address the root cause that not only took care of those symptoms, but helped me feel better and in general more relaxed.

Tom is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things in a way that I can understand. After having worked with him, I feel like I have more control over my general well-being.
There are other reviews that have talked about Tom’s ability to help with recovery after issues had become quite serious. I’m grateful to have found out about Tom while my issues were still relatively minor and would definitely recommend someone going to Tom as a first resort.
