Do NOT buy plants from this place. They are expensive and I brought a plant home to find it covered in mealybugs. The manager called me a liar and won’t refund my purchase. Horrible customer service, incredibly rude, unbelievably disappointing experience.

It's very a pretty collection of plants and trees. Well worth a drive. They have a good variety and friendly staff.

Very neat greenhouse with a nice selection of houseplants! I'm seeing a lot of reviews saying they're overpriced, and while I looked at mainly the houseplants, I thought they were changing a fair price for the things I wanted. Absolutely worth the trip. Friendly cashier who gave good advice about the plant I was buying as well.

The owner was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had, including how to care for my new plants! The plant selection was great and the interior of the store is beautiful.
I’ll definitely be back!

I have made a trip to Ott's once a year for the past few years and have always had a great experience. I have never had an issue with any pest bugs on the plants I have purchased.
If you go to Ott's on a popular plant or flower gifting holiday such as Valentine's Day expect a longer wait at the register.
For me, Ott's is worth the hour and a half drive because of the selection, presentation, and the unique experience.

Love this place for buying plants. Prices are good. Also a nice time to bring a date at the end of the day. Buy her a plant.

Great place to visit an look at beautiful local and exotic plants. Walking thru otts is like walking thru the climates of world. The staff and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Otts is just a magical place. The walk-throughs, waterfalls, bridges.inside and outside, I absolutely love this place. Great for short celebrations on special days when we're low on funds and able to spend a bunch of money - everything walking through is free. The flower room has every color of flower imaginable. My mother took me here as a child over 40 years ago I cannot believe this amazing gardens is still serving the public. I always loved coming here as a child and plan to visit again.

Great place to walk around. Also a varied selection of plants, soils, fertilizers and pots. The seasonal outdoor displays are fabulous.

We have enjoyed and shown off Ott's for many years now. It is a joy to take first timers there and watch them marvel at the permanent greenery.
They can be pricey, but the quality is top notch. Incorrectly labeled vegetable plants two years in a row account for that missing 5th star. I enjoy my hot peppers, but whoa!

Nice when there snow on the ground or your looking for plants. If you never visited it's worth checking out.

Best Place Ever! Huge selection of plants, flowers, and cactus! They have tons of rare plants! We loveeeee going there! Carol, Godfrey, and Piper are the best!

I love the variety of plants available here! I can always find something rare and/or interesting to adopt. They seem to take really good care of their plants and you know you're buying a well-established plant rather than barely-rooted cuttings.
I also love taking my toddler here! There's a a big waterfall and fish pond as well as a lot of beautiful plants to see.

Always love to stop in at Ott's. Can find some unique plant and enjoy all the other flowers. Nice variety of ornamental cabbage plants for my outside pots with greens.

Love the environment the pants are beautiful but I spent over $80 on plants 3 months ago and as of date all but 3 are still alive because they either had bugs or died suddenly and I wasn't my care, I take very good care of my plants. I will not buy plants from here ever again.

I adore Ott’s and they have a great selection but I’ve brought home mealy bugs or soil gnats almost every time I’ve bought something. Highly recommend quarantining anything you buy for a good chunk of time after bringing it home.
