Outback Steakhouse, Bethlehem PA

Our server was Denise and she was very attentive. Refilled our water and checked up on us to make sure everything was alright. We ordered the blooming onion which was very salty, but it was still very crunchy and delicious. After that is where the problem started. We ordered a ribeye and a prime rib and waited 45 minutes before we got our food. The two tables besides us also ordered steaks after our table but still got their food before ours. When the food finally came, my prime rib was cold, and my partner's ribeye was rare on one edge, and well done on the other. I dont expect steakhouse level quality from a franchise like Outback, but the fact we waited 45 minutes and paid over $54 for our steaks to get something I could make much better at home was a slap in the face.

The atmosphere was good. The restaurant was a little chilly however and we were not sitting by the door. I got an 8oz sirloin and coconut shrimp. The steak was very chewy. I had it done medium well. The server was very pleasant and attentive!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Our waitress Raven, was beyond outstanding! The food was delicious, and we totally enjoyed it.

We always love the food when we come here, but our servers always seem to disappoint us! Plus, I don't like when you have one person takes your order, another brings the soup, and another person brings the meal. After our meal was brought to us, our server never came back to ask if we needed anything. My husband needed more dressing for his salad and we couldn't find any server let alone our server. He literally had to get up and track her down, which I hate. We also wanted desert and it took forever to ask her for the menu again. We are awesome tippers, but she only got about 15%. Too bad for her!

Everything was on point from the moment we entered the restaurant we had warm greetings to our server who was very friendly and attended to us with a smile even behind the mask you could see the smile in her eyes. To the food That was amazing and delicious and my companion elevated the experience even more. So to management I thank you for hiring and trained such great staff you should be proud of them and kudos to you

BRIAN, the owner surpassed every expectation we had tonight. Went ABOVE and BEYOND for the call of duty to make us VERY HAPPY customers. AMAZING PITTSBURG STYLE BONE IN RIB-EYE. Best experience ever!

The location is very nice and clean and our hostess and waitress were both very pleasant and friendly. The food was okay at best and that was from everybody in my group. This was my first time to an outback steakhouse but the rest of my family had been there previously and said this was the worst they had had. I can't speak for other occasions but based on the food I got I would not return. I am giving it three stars because my family insists it's usually better and the restaurant is very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Asked for Prime Rib rare, when I got home, and checked it out, it was medium well done, extremely upset. Not ordering for a long while

Had a nice lunch, Steak with 2 sides. Restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and our server was wonderful.
Check Outback out for yourself. You wont be disappointed

Visit this Outback Steakhouse in Bethlehem PA for the first time. 6: 30pm on a Saturday night and was shocked how smooth service went. Our party of 6 got refilled on time and apps came out perfect timing compared to entrees. Blooming onion and deep fried mushrooms were perfect. Each it’s own dipping sauce. Steak cooked to order/perfection. Don’t change much.

Needed to let it be known that the young ladies working on that lunch shift including especially the Manager was by far the best at what they do that I have ever seen it done,
most courteous, considerate, professional, humanely and emphatic personality one could posess, truly the best.

I would and have already recommended this particular location to family and friends and will continue to do so, yes!

Went for my Birthday dinner. Wasn't impressed. Steak was extremely small and burnt, only received 4 shrimp on a piece of bread. 1st time there, don't think I'm going back.

Not a great experience. Top shelf margarita was terrible for the price, service was slow and restaurant was not busy. It took way too long to receive beverages for the lack of business. I would not recommend.

We usually like the food, but the day we visited after the pandemic, the hostess seated several patrons who arrived after us, while we were still waiting in the lobby,
so we left.

Excellent service! They make sure that your steak is cooked how you want it. The owner is very nice and made sure our experience was good!

We had a large party. They had our table ready when we got there. The waitress was good and we loved the Manger. We will go back again.
