Outdoor Xtreme Hatfield Paintball and Airsoft

I took my son here for his 13th Bday with his friends. I myself am a 1912 Pennsylvania Porcelain License Plate year Army Veteran with combat experience we had Sooo much fun. I got the party package and 10 people we had 3 skirmishes. The 1st two we did Parents vs kids. I am looking to do it again for his 14th bday. The workers we all so helpful and accommodating. It was very safe and fun.

They should supply more paintballs as part of the private party package. Not even close to enough for 2 hours at 10 kids age 10. Had to buy significantly more paintballs once we started playing, at a ridiculously expensive price.

A lot of people do not call their hits at this place and 95% of the time the people who aren’t calling the hits are refs that aren’t working that day. Really annoying and not fair at all because the off duty refs are obviously not going on to be punished for not calling their hits. Really makes the gameplay not enjoyable. It’s blatant cheating and it’s not fair.

Brought a group of gymnasts and it was a lot of fun. Apparently, these gymnast had a lot of rage to get out and took it out on their coach (me). We used the Groupon and bought another 1600 rounds. One older gentleman ref made sure to take care of us and make sure we got enough playing time on two fields. It was cold but a lot of fun. Next up. I am bring my staff here.

Great outdoor place for paint ball, the staff was very helpful and great. Make a reservation they book up fast and it might not be any guns left.

Overall I would save the time and money by not going to this place. Our team of eight people came here for their Halloween event last weekend. It was an absolute disaster from a communication and safety perspective. The teams were pre-made from online registration prior to the day and here are some of the issues that followed:

**SAFETY ISSUES** Your safe areas/re-spawn points were surrounded during the events to the point where the other team was shooting into the safety nets area and hitting people who thought they were safe. The referees sat around and did nothing to back them off the spot until multiple people took hits to include one person in the neck with mask almost down (First Strike round) and someone getting hit inside the netting itself from another player. **Your company's usage of first strike rounds and allowing "bunkering" is a dangerous practice, and needs to be adjusted. **

**COMMUNICATION** This event was easily outnumbering for one side, instead of balancing the teams you let it continue to the point where multiple people left because of the unbalanced situation. Additionally, your refs weren't on the same page at all. A lot of them had given different instructions and safety rules to different groups.

As a frequent customer of paintball fields this was one of the worst I have been to. I hope going forward there are some changes to your protocols to make it a competitive but safe environment for all. This will be the first and last time we do business with this company.

Idk what half of these reviewers are smoking, but I went to this place yesterday for a paintball event called Splatoween17. This was my FIRST and honestly only time going here. Picture this an event that has 2 team to register for and a 3rd swing team simple concept right. Thinking the registration could hopefully come through as knowing how to count you might be able to calculate a balance in the teams.far from it. The day comes and you see a clear 1 to 3 ratio in the 2 TEAMS, but it's whatever we already paid so we just played it out. With the refs not communicating, the clear divide of fire power, and attendees this place takes it for unorganized, ego driven teens. The fields (for what I encounter were just lazy built projects, you can make in your own backyard) could have loved to see more of this place, but I truly seen enough. I would ask for a refund, but this place clearly can't count.
Save your money folks and go elsewhere.

We brought a group of 15 kids of various ages for Jellyball. The kids had a great time and the referee was very accommodating and understanding, as they were a group of kids with special needs. I would definitely recommend arriving early for reservations, as the place was packed and it was a bit hard to find parking. Shout out to our referee Ben for helping our group have a great experience and making all the rules very clear and easy to follow. Just as a general FYI, the bathroom is a portapotty, so I do recommend using the restroom before arriving and bringing a water bottle along, as the ones for purchase are a bit pricy.

Went with my buddies for a bachelor party event this past friday, they opened the place up just for us. Ethan, Zack and Patton were all amazing; friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around good time to be around. Facilities were well maintained and we had a blast!

Went there with some friends for my first time airsofting. So fun! Lots of action, fun “maps”, and a good amount of time between matches to rest and refill your megs. It’s not very expensive and no long waits for anything. Will go again.

Greatest place I’ve been too much cheaper then Skirmish and OXCC and you have a great time, one complaint I do have is the lack of maintenance and bunkers I play snake so if I dive in I don’t want to dislocate my knee from a rock. But other then that you will have a great time and staff is very welcome to assist you on anything you do.

When I played paint ball the workers are tuff but fair they make Shorey you keep both of your eyes 5 stars fun fields you can tell they put a lot of work and money into having a great time and you can buy your own airsoft supplies if needed great place to go and let loes

Refs were nice and explained things to our group. The gentleman at the first trailer really helped us. Great experience. Thank you
