6We absolutely LOVE Outside of the Box labs! Our first introduction was in elementary school and their after school program. Our son then started attending their summer camp as soon as he was old enough. He loves being outdoors and I love how OTB incorporates science and learning in a way that he learns without recognizing it! While he is no longer able to participate (due to age and being now in 9th grade), he was thrilled to complete a summer internship with them. Again, he was able to do something he loved and learned this year some of the responsibilities of teaching! Great program!
This was the best camp week for my two boys (ages 7 and 10). They really enjoyed the projects they made, exploring and playing in the woods, and their counselors. They both expressed how much they were going to miss camp once it was over and are already looking forward to next year!
My 13 year old son participated in the science adventure camp in North Park and really enjoyed it. The instructor was knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy teaching the kids. My son fished for the first time and was excited to discover how much fun it is. I highly recommend this camp.
Clearly, these folks love what they do and their energy is infectious! The kids loved the experiment and silliness of it all. Talman kept the experiments fun, entertaining and safe. Totally recommend Outside the Box Labs!
My 10yr old Granddaughter went to the summer camp in 2022, she had such a great time. She learned some really cool stuff, and looked forward every day to going, she really loved it. I asked her to write her own review. This is what she wrote word for word. “I went to this camp, it is a blast! If your child likes to be outdoors, then they should definitely go to this camp. Your child will hike, fish, do projects and lots of other fun activities. The camp leader will provide most of the materials, but your child will have to bring a backpack, pack a lunch and dress right for the day. I love this camp so much, even when it rains, it was so much fun. ” Well needless to say she is definitely looking forward to going back to the camp this summer, for more fun learning.
