Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg

Made an appointment a week ahead of time to get tire pressure sensors replaced. They told me they had one sensor in stock, at a cost of over $100, and the parts guy assured me that they would be able to get the remaining sensors that would only cost $65 each. When I showed up for the appointment, they asked me what was wrong, even though I had spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining to them what was wrong. After me sitting there for an hour, they sent me home with a bill of $15.85 and telling me they would probably have to replace the tire sensors, and I'd have to make another appointment. There was no question on should we continue at this point, such as putting in the sensors right away, even though that is what was originally talked about. They said to bring it back, and that would be $536 to get the tire sensor changed. When I spoke to management, he was extremely rude, told me they ordered the part in for me, even though I was told it was there already for me, and denied the parts department ever gave me the lower, $65 price. I will NEVER be coming back here. I have taken it to another garage that is charging $300 less to do the job Outten couldn't do in the first place. I would put 0 stars down if I could, but the reviews don't allow that.

I went there with my lease from another dealership that I found out later rolled 3000 on the lease I had. I’m not sure how I missed that but anyways Outten got me back on track.

Daniel has been nothing short of excellent & professional during my 2nd purchase with him. He went above and beyond to find what suited me for months with the car shortage everywhere & kept me up to date on things and recommend when it would be best to upgrade. I will forever be thankful.

So, after 84k+ miles on the old one, I decided to upgrade the truck to a 2022. Tough time to buy a new vehicle but appreciated the buying experience with Gary Diltz and crew at Outten Chevrolet of Hamburg.

I recently required service while traveling home to Massachusetts from a visit to Pennsylvania. I found the Outten Chevrolet through OnStar. This was possibly the best service experience I have had in all my years of car ownership. The service advisor, Chad, went above and beyond the call of duty in assuring that I was kept fully informed throughout the process. He also worked to be sure that I had a place to stay overnight and worked diligently to obtain a rental car so that I could get home until the car was ready for pick up. One of the parts required to repair the car was on nationwide backorder. Somehow the service team was able to locate the part in a sister dealership. I had the car in a matter of 3 days instead of the weeks long wait some of my friends with similar problems have endured.

Outten Chevrolet does not stand behind their cars. They claim to be a family business and care about their customers. We are a Chevy family going back to a 41 Chevy to a gmc Denali truck 2020 and number outs in between. My car yes a trax which wasn’t top of the line but I never had issues with has been sitting there since august and dealership started trying to void the power train warranty before even looking at my car. A lot of back and forth and talked to Chevy corporate who actually suggested we pull the car and take to another dealership. There’s Engine problems and it was only a few months out of the 3 year warranty. Now dealership bugging us to get of off their lot when we haven’t had anyone but the service guy reach out to us. I personally believe there was a flaw because they told us some turbo hose melted but hey they still are trying to say we didn’t maintain it. Why do you have to fight with business’s to do the right thing and stand behind there product?

We received a letter from Chevrolet for a whistle in my 2014 Cruise. I had my car in to check a whistling noise. You found nothing.you did nothing! And charged me $137.

Just picked up my new 2022 corvette yesterday (10/15/21). The staff and mechanics are meticulous and extremely professional. I highly recommend if you are interested in buying a car to visit them. I’m sure you will walk away with a smile.

I will always goto Outten Chevroket of Hamburg because of the good quality people. I always deal with Brian my sales reap and Tonya in Finance they are the best to deal with when you go there. Thanks Outten for my cars and my truck.

Did not take long for the repair to be done. The lounge was nice the facility is clean. The staff was really nice and polite.

I'm always treated well and services and quick, efficient and friendly. I especially appreciate that Outten offers to pick up and delivery on my vehicle when it needs service. It is a huge help!

Outten Chevrolet is the ONLY car dealership that I will ever deal with. Everyone is great! The people who write up the worksheet are so friendly and helpful. I always deal with Angela Garrity and Jeff the sales manager. They are truly the dynamic duo! They always find a way to make it happen. They both are just so awesome. Angie is like family to me and Jeff is just plain great! Angie makes you feel so comfortable and has never made me feel pressured in any way. I know that they both truly give me the best deal they can. They never play games and because of that I trust what they say 100%. My grandson was with me when I decided to lease a new Camaro. We got him his first car at Outten a year ago and he loves it. He was there because his car needed inspection. He’s 17 and on the way home he told me that Outten is the only car dealer for him. For a kid, I think that’s a great testimonial!

I recently bought a car at Outtens Chevy Dealers. I'm so glad I went there, I not only love the car but the whole entire staff was wonderful, very helpful, explained things, answered any questions I had, they were very pleasant & great to deal with. I would recommend to anybody to go there.

Was in and out quickly (approx.hour) for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Very professional. Friendly people to deal with including Eric and April, and others!
