I had been looking for a new truck for a while. Anybody else doing the same right now knows the difficulties in finding something you are looking for. My salesperson was Amanda. She bent over backwards trying to find exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, due to whatever issues were going on i could not get my "wish list" anytime soon.

Amanda took the time to explain different features and options and I wound up purchasing a 1500 on the lot that was almost everything I was looking for. During the purchase process, there were several issues that arose (neither dealer or my fault) that complicated the purchase. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to resolve the issues and I was able to get my truck.

After purchasing a car and immediately leaving the lot with a certified pre owned car. I experienced problems on the ride home. Causing me to pull over and restart the car. Went to the dealer the next day stating that I do not want the car anymore. They refuse to take the car back and give me my trade in. Very unsatisfied and rude people.
