6 Been in the door and getting loaded for over 8 hours already and still not done. And I think they are using A nail gun to put nails into the floor of my brand new trailer but not sure yet. They clearly have no respect for the drivers or their time or their equipment. Talk to another driver getting loaded who comes here twice a week because his company is under contract. He said the record for him is 13 Hours getting loaded. I think this must be the worst place I've ever got live loaded. Unless you need a long nap I wouldn't come here they wouldn't and they can't pay enough.
Update, total load time 9 hours. That's actually loading time not waiting for a door. I actually got a door upon arrival. People are nice enough but inconsiderate to driver's time and logs.
Check in 2pm. Loaded 8.35pm. Long wait. Other than the employees being friendly, be ready for long wait. Verify customs paperwork if going to Canada.
Very professional dock staff. I thought they did a great job of getting me offloaded. Skilled forklift operator as well.
No star review. Drove 3 hours to pick up a load that was supposed to be ready and waiting for me at the dock. Well, I was wrong. Waited 6.5 hours to get told they could only find 2 of the 11 sections I was there to pick up. Their computer system even said the doors were done, but no where to be found. What a mis-managed mess.
Worst place to get loaded. You will easily spend at least 5 hours here. I checked in at 1pm, its 6pm and still not loaded. At 3pm workers just walked around and did nothing, they started at 3: 20pm. They don’t care for your time and only care about ending their shift. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Not bad. Mowed the grass and pulled a few weeds. Other than that looked good. Lol
