2 We've been dealing with Overhead Door Company of Reading since 1971 when they installed the two doors on our first home. We had to replace the lower panels (don't ask) and John Rorhbach sent two panels right out for me to install. I don't even remember being billed; we must have gotten a good price. When we built a nice four car 'carriage house' (it is 1 1/2 stories) John helped us plan and install the front and all glass rear door on that. By the time we needed a 10' door for our bucket truck garage Overhead Door had a commercial division. But John also helped us with that. Our daughter used them for a double wide door opener. They've changed over the years; John is manager for one thing.
A 10' x 10' door is expensive.so I did some checking before calling John. Home Depot has them but does not provide a contact for installation. You do NOT want to install a 10' door on a 13' ceiling yourself, even with helpers. A listing for residential and commercial told us right out that they could not install our door.so we went to the experts. The door is perfect; it looks great, insulates and fits perfectly. Our garage door broke on Christmas morning as we tried to leave for Mass! We contacted them on the next business day. They returned our call immediately. The gentleman that came out to the house was professional and courteous from the first minute. He did an exceptional job and when all was said and done, the door worked like new. When we received our bill, the price was right, too! Thank you, Overhead Door.
