I placed an order and it said 6-10 business to ship! They sent it out so quickly and the boots are awesome price! I definitely recommend this company they are awesome and I appreciate them so much!

I ordered from this company almost a month ago they will not answer their phone they took my money and we have no boots

Finally a place that talks to you about boots everywhere else they just ignore you they have a verry good selection lots of inventory you will find what your looking for one stop shop

I purchased the boots then I was looking at the reviews and had second thoughts. I didn’t receive a tracking number after purchase. I gave it a few days and decided to call customer service. The gentleman reassured me that the specific boots I ordered were coming from the manufacturer and it can take some time. Once released from the manufacturer, I will be provided with a tracking number. Which I understood for the delay, I bought a popular Thorogood boot. I purchased them 4/6/23, received a tracking number on 4/18/23 and was at my house by 4/19/23. Overall satisfied, the boots are LEGIT, sturdy and I will be purchasing from them again. Although it did take a couple of extra days for the boots to ship, they arrived! And are fantastic! I got nervous with some of the reviews but Joel reached out and was overly helpful!

Ordered a pair of Rocky boots from this website and come to find out they come straight from Rocky so they don’t even sale them at their store so it’s pointless to have them on the website. Boots that came wasn’t even the right ones, whole different type of boot and all. Never could track them not once till the day after they were delivered. Terrible company. Wouldn’t buy off this website or from this store if they had the best prices in the world. It’s TERRIBLE!

Ordered Chippewa Edge Walkers two weeks ago. No shipping confirmation, no nothing. Requested to cancel, received an email asking for more time as the boots come straight from the distributor. Still requested to cancel as I need boots asap for work, customer service no longer replies to my emails or phone calls/voice mails. Save your money and buy with Zappos, Amazon, etc.

Found out from their staff at their Annapolis store this was their main store. Their selection was fantastic, and they had a lot of boots I couldn't find anywhere else, especially in extra wides. If you need boots for work or outdoors this is definitely a place to go.

Purchased boots online 7 days ago. No tracking information or return calls from contacting the company.

Ordered a pair of Chippewa Boots for my son, the item showed it was in stock, company took my money, then they use a third party to track package and after nearly a month, I get the tracking information from FedEx and my boots were delivered to someone 3 states over with no signature required, or confirmation of receipent. Never again,

Ordered boots over three weeks ago and they took the money immediately and still haven't shipped. I have tried to contact them several times with no response. Do not buy online from this company. I would simply like a refund but no one will even answer the phone or email back!

Horrible experience. Paid 220.00 for boots to arrive with no insoles. Overlook sent new insole to rectify, however; new insoles don’t work and change the fit of the boots so much that my husband can’t wear them. I have emailed five times with no response. I would like to return but the company has stopped responding. So now I’m out 220.00 and boots that I can’t use

Ordered boots 12/9 with no confirmation except PayPal. Emailed and was given an order number, but never any shipping information. I called and reached a person and ask them to cancel the order as it had been over two weeks. They said the boot had gone out that day. I received the boots, immediately returned, got an email that they received my return on December 31 and have yet to get my money back.
