What a SHAME that the community have to be sometimes obligated to leave in places where poor capacity people manage this places. I was on business in Allentown and a dear friend mom need some medecine and couldn't even walk through because is one of many of the places in Allentown who deal with situations last like this snow affecting everyone, but that shouldn't be the reason for this hars work community have to deal with people who dont have the capacity and the ability to care about others than them self Sad
