Kelsey at Dickson City Ovyvo has given me a new start. The plan works! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I am grateful for their help. I was so nervous about my first appointment but when I left I felt excited about beginning my new journey. Only one month in and I have lost 11 pounds! They were proud of me and I am proud of myself. I reached out to Ovyvo Medical weight Loss in July because I was getting overweight and needed to lose weight. I was connected to LeeAnn and from day 1 Leeann has been the best telling me what I was doing wrong, what I was eating and drinking wrong, Leeann went above and beyond she taught me how to eat, drink and even provided exercises to help me. There was times that I needed questions after hours and Leeann got back to me. I lost 50 lbs and I'm healthier and I feel great, I highly recommend this place and the personnel are great especially Leeann.

I went to see Dr. Baughman and his staff after gaining nearly 45 pounds after a car accident. My case was complicated and they stuck with me the whole time. They don’t give up and they are kind.
I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling or may have health related weight gain issues and be on the verge of giving up.

If I may quote from a doctor bio:

"Never accept anything you are not happy with. There is HOPE for even the most complicated situations. "

That should be taken off the page because, they clearly do not follow that statement.

If I could make no stars I would. I have in the past and I admit it was my fault for accruing no shows but I then paid over a 100 dollar fee for past now shows. I then talked to the doctor whom I told I would pay for an appointment today and money did not deposit into my account until later today so I called and was ready to make a payment for an appointment and it ended up me being yelled at, by a doctor, being told his staff said they can not believe the doctor gave me a another chance (mind you I was unaware he was giving me chances.). Reminding him all these chances he gave me. Mind you i am unware of these promises i SUPPOSEDLY kept to him and was talked down to. Bottom line I called to make a payment was disrespected by a doctor, clearly they do not care about struggles of a patient it is MONEY. I was so confused by this and the behavior of this doctor. Upsetting and left a weird taste in my mouth. For a place who is all about change, they seem very stuck.

I got a call back & I appreciate it. Very few businesses these days pay attention to their reviews but this office obviously does. Each time I was in the office the service & personnel was pleasant and if I was still in PA I'd likely still be a customer. Thanks again!

I really like Chelsea, she is super understanding and explains everything. I always have a great experience with her and the office staff.

My first appointment went perfect. I didn't feel rushed and every question I had was answered. I learned so much in just my first appointment. I'm ready for this journey and to see where it takes me. I feel more confident than before.

The staff is extremely friendly and open to helping in any way! I’ve lost over 20 lbs.in a few months. They guide you in what foods and how much too eat.
