Alex is the BEST barber around, it’s that simple! I used to dread going to get haircuts, but ever since I’ve started going to Alex I look forward to them. He always gets you looking and feeling right! Outside of his skills as a barber, Alex truly cares about his clients. Every time that I come in we have the best conversations. If you want an elite barber that is also an awesome person, look no further than Ox the Barber!

We had a great experience here. My 15 year old brother was nervous to get a haircut because no one ever got it right and Alex did exactly what my brother wanted. He is so happy with his haircut. Thank you for being so patient Alex, you’re the best!

Found "OX the barber" online and hoped he could help me find a style best suited for me, and get a good cut. It went beyond what I could have hoped for. Got great suggestions, choose one, and ended up with a great style, cut, and beard clean up. Couldn't possibly be any happier, I'll be going back, so obviously I highly recommend you trying it out for yourself.

Backstory. For over 35 years I've used the sport clips/hair cuttery type of place. You can get an okay cut from that type of place, or you might not. Flip of a coin every time you walk into a place like those. Decided to try long hair so stopped going for 3 or 4 years. Didn't like the look but didn't know what to change it to. What a great difference OX the barber is from those type of places. Go, I think you will not regret it.

Alex is great at his craft and is passionate about teaching and explaining to others the best way to take care of your beard. Haven’t been been to a barber in 10 years, and came out feeling like a new man. Hilarious with the jokes too.

Last year I was fed up with the health of my hair, and instead of going to a salon and getting it cut/trimmed, I grabbed some office scissors and went to town. Of course that resulted in a mess.my hair was severely uneven, and I was still struggling to find someone who could help maintain my 4C hair. I was referred to Ox by one of his clients. As a woman who has always had longer hair in the past, I was skeptical at first considering I’ve never been to a barber. I was then reassured that he’s highly knowledgeable and skilled with various hair textures.
The hour and a half commute I made was extremely worthwhile. Ox is down-to-earth, personable, and a great conversationalist. He took time to do a consult, given the situation I had with my hair, and was able to suggest and provide a haircut suitable for my face and style. He takes his time and is very meticulous, and ensures that you leave with a cut that you’re happy with.

Amazing barber. I grew a beard for the first time and went to see him for a trim. He explained everything about how to style one and how to care for it. He has a great sense of humor and made the entire cut enjoyable. Will definitely be going back.
