They installed a new sterio system and rear camera in my car. They also installed a 150 decibel horn upgrade in my car! They did an excellent job! Ryan, the owner, is a mellow dude, and he is cool. Very clean professional work. Thats why I am a repeat customer.

Someone tried to break into my Mopar. Was told to get igla.ox audio came up as someone who installs them. Spoke with Ryan the whole time. He was very nice and professional. Was able to get it installed same day if I wanted to. Installed it next day. He took is time and explained how it works to me. Love the igla. Give me some peace of mind. Def coming back to get the compustar installed so they don't break my window again. But right now I know the thieves can't ride off with it. Thank u Ryan. Will be seeing you again!

He guided me through what to purchase for the sound I was looking for. I was blown away by the results, clean accurate sound that I could never have dreamed would be in my vehicle. Great job these guys do. I got my Altima hooked up with the Apple Car audio, tinted windows and car starter. I also got an extra fob key programming down there. I also got a car starter for my wife’s Toyota Sienna. They are absolutely the best! One stop shop for all your car upgrades.

I got my system in my truck tuned by ryan. He did a really great job the system bumps more than it ever has. He also sat we me and explained in detail what he did and answered any questions I had. I will 100% be returning and will be telling all my friends that Ox is the place to go.

Tried to schedule to have my factory speakers replaced with new speakers and amplifier, never returned my calls or messages, ended up having another firm do the work, but was disappointed that they never followed through…heard many good things about them but can’t give a opinion on the work just the lack of follow through or maybe they just weren’t interested in doing the project.

Ryan did an install on my truck and my fiancés truck. His pricing was phenomenal and his explanation and install were top notch. I would use his shop over and over again for future installs. A+ Rated shop.

Ryan, Chris, and the folks there are awesome. Sent my car in today with an issue related to my radio. They did everything to diagnose the problem, that turned out to be a manufacturer's issue. I previously used them to install my stereo system. It was the cleanest install you could ever hope for. Even the hole to connect the phone cord was put in an inconspicuous location that didn't make my SUV look messy. These guys are PROS.

Thanks Ryan, prompt and professional. They installed speakers I supplied in the stock locations for a fair price. The car sounds great, we’ll be back for wireless Apple CarPlay and a backup camera. Need a tint visor for the front window, too. Edit: two cars got CarPlay, we’re pleased with the results. Time for another update. Custom made 3D printed tweeter pods, kick panels, subwoofer for my 1978 Mercedes Benz 350SE. Stealth subwoofer for BMW F31 Wagon under floor storage compartment. Great work again.

Earlier this year (Feb 2023), I had Ox Audio install an alarm system in my 2020 Kia Sportage. In my 50+ years of car ownership, I've never had a car alarm system, am not particularly comfortable with this sort of technology, didn't even know what to ask for so I was grateful when Chris very patiently helped me select an appropriate system for my needs & thoroughly explained to me how it worked & how to use it after the installation was completed. Several days ago (June 2023), I got confused about a few things the system was doing (or I was doing to it) & called Ox Audio to ask for an in-person "refresher. " Ryan invited me to bring the car by, which I did this morning & he carefully listened to my concerns, went over everything again, answered all my questions & said to not hesitate to come back if I needed more help. Not only am I happy with the product but I'm even more pleased with the patient & knowledgeable follow up assistance I received this morning. Thanks, Ox Audio!

A few things were not mentioned to me. If they were, I would have gone with a different setup. My Drone feature doesn't unlock or lock the door or open the trunk as it states on their website. Wasn't mentioned until after the installation. Also, I will sometimes get alerted way after the fact. Sometimes, just a vibration on my phone, other times an actually alarm. So either there is something wrong with the installation, the drone, or the app.

I was never there but due to the reviews I had to give it 5 star I've seen the work you put it it's with pride and ego and all about performance with you guys I respect that and wish you very well with your business

Drove multiple hours to get work done by these guys. They take pride in their work and make sure it’s done the right way, not the easy way. Super cool to talk to, great experience all around.
