6Staff is super kind and helpful! I've lived here almost a year and I love the community.
Everything is included except power, internet, and cable. You're not going to find such a good spacious apartments that included sooooo much for these prices anywhere.
We love living in Oxhaven. We are truly in love with our two-bedroom apartment. The office and maintenance staff are so helpful and kind. We have developed friendships with neighbors and truly feel that we have a close-knit community.
This is a nice and very safe community. Very affordable apartments and well unkept. Tenants are of all ages an friendly. Maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues.
I’ve been here for almost 2 years, place is very quiet, maintenance always responds to works orders staff in the office are all very friendly:)
I lived in this apartment complex about 8-9 years ago and i loved it.the rent was cheap and the place was huge.staff was friendly and helpful.unfortunately i had some personal issues that came up and i just lived there for 6 months, but if i had my choice I would stayed there forever. Place is great
