The folks there are nice, they try their best to help you. The process might take time but will end well. Make sure to make an appointment before you go though, or make sure that they take walk-ins for your case.

P2P Computer Solutions was so helpful! I spilled sugar on my laptop and called them asking what to do. Dan answered and said that I could drop by and he could blow air through it to remove the sugar. So, I immediately brought my laptop there and Dan helped. I only waited 10 minutes and Dan had removed all the sugar! They did not charge me at all either. Great customer service:)

They weren't able to help my son with his minor laptop issue when I accompanied my son there, but the lady there was friendly and honest in her answers to our questions

I have Apple Care, brought my MacBook in, replaced the battery and keyboard. Paid zero fees and came back good as new! Great people and great service!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your laptop service center. If it were possible, I would assign a rating of zero stars to the experience I endured. It has become apparent to me that your establishment is operating in a manner that appears to be solely focused on extracting funds from unsuspecting customers like myself.

To provide context, I encountered a minor accident that resulted in damage to my laptop's bezel, necessitating a full-screen replacement. In addition to the steep $100+ diagnostic fee, I was charged an additional $200+ for the replacement itself. This exorbitant fee was compounded by the fact that I am an international student, grappling with the unfavorable exchange rates, making the overall cost of over $300+ a significant burden.

The crux of my dissatisfaction lies not only in the exorbitant charges but also in the blatant disregard for quality service. The replacement entailed hinges at the bottom of the bezel, each requiring two screws for proper fastening—amounting to a total of four screws. Shockingly, your technicians opted to use just one screw per hinge, ostensibly in an attempt to prolong my engagement with your center and, presumably, to extract further funds from me.

Regrettably, the situation deteriorated further when, within a mere few months, the inadequately secured bezel began to detach. Seeking resolution, I reached out to a service center in my home country, only to discover that I had indeed fallen victim to a scam. The technician there rectified the issue swiftly, employing their expertise to restore my laptop within a mere 10 minutes and charging a mere $10 for their service.

It is with a heavy heart that I emphasize the expectation of fair and honest service when entrusting a substantial sum for laptop repair. Unfortunately, my experience with your establishment has shattered this hope entirely. I implore you to consider the gravity of the situation and take appropriate action to remedy this unacceptable conduct.

I remain hopeful that my concerns will be met with the urgency and seriousness they deserve. Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate my grievances to higher authorities, in pursuit of a just resolution.

Brought in a gaming PC and wasn't sure what the issue was. They ran a diagnostic and within 2/3 days they had already figured out what the issue was and offered me cost effective ways to fix it. My GPU had VRAM issues and I asked them for the GPU to be sent back to the manufacturer under warranty and they had it ready the next day. And when I brought them the GPU they managed to have it installed, and ran a stress test all by the next day. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Dan did a great job at answering my questions about the technicalities of the issue even if it didn't make much of a difference. Great service and rather quick. Overall very satisfied, and would recommend.

Only gripe is that the diagnostic price does seem rather high for simply telling you whats wrong, but it does go towards the repair costs which is good.

I consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to computers. I've installed many a part in my day, but sometimes, I screw up. And yeah, I screwed up the other night. P2P to the rescue! Dan did a fantastic job getting me back up and running, and in one day at that! You guys rock!

I had issues with my MacBook shutting down randomly so I took it there. They charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $120 merely for assessing the problem but they say it goes towards repair. This fee seemed excessive, especially considering the fact that Apple provides diagnostics free of charge when you mail in your device or take it there.

Turned out my MacBook required a battery replacement, and the store suggested I send it to Apple directly. They said it'll cost me over $500 for the repair, whereas Apple would replace it for $150-200. This discrepancy in pricing, even after considering the diagnostic fee towards repair led me to retrieve my MacBook and proceed with sending it to Apple myself.

I expressed my frustration to the store, as I found it unjustifiable to pay $120 for a diagnostic procedure that lasted no more than 10 minutes to do. I visited the store twice in an attempt to discuss the matter with a technician, but they were consistently occupied or unavailable. Eventually, I resorted to contacting their support email that's under every negative review here. My first email was ignored for over a week until I emailed again. I received a phone call from the store in response to my follow-up email. They acknowledged their mistake and assured me that the diagnostic fee would be refunded in the mail by a check. I waited for a week and the check didn't come in until I emailed again to ask about it, it came 3 days after that. For context, I took my laptop in on June 6 and received the check on July 12. When you want to voice your concerns they stall and ignore you hoping you'd forget or drop it.

The store's practices were very questionable. They are unresponsive, made it difficult to communicate with the appropriate personnel, and even attempted to justify their high repair costs by saying they're a small business. The lack of timely email responses and their failure to send the promised refund check indicated a lack of professionalism and accountability. I had to go in twice to talk to a technician, had to email twice for a response, had to talk to them twice to get the check they promised. Avoid doing business with them and send your devices to Apple directly, it'll always be cheaper to do so.

Update: P2P has replied below but they provide an inaccurate represantion of what actually happened. Again - this review isn't focused on their (high) diagnostic price. This post is that their diagnostics were objectively incorrect & irrelevant. Tried to reach out to management several times to discuss the situation (and receive a refund for incorrect services rendered). They never returned my calls.
They are only now responding because I wrote a negative review, and not offering a refund for this absurd situation.

PLEASE READ: Avoid Diagnostics At All Costs!

I tried reaching out (several times) to speak to the manager before writing this review; they never got back to me.

Diagnostics at P2P are a scam; avoid at all costs. Their diagnostician (s) does not know what they're doing and incorrectly diagnosed my MacBook issue (screen not working).

They claimed it was likely due to a loose screw damaging the motherboard. This is incorrect. The failure on the device was a backlight fuse which is a common failure on my specific model.

Note: The diagnostician had even said it was "highly unlikely" that the issue was because of a fuse and clearly did not know that it IS in fact common for this model.

$127 for them to do essentially nothing (and do it incorrectly) is ridiculous. Tried reaching out for a refund but yet again - no response. Not how you should run a business.

(The two women at the front desk are lovely though.)

I can't say enough good things about this place! My laptop was acting funny, so my boyfriend took it in for me. Within a week, it was fixed and now it works like new! (looks like new too! They cleaned it inside and out.) The staff was friendly and the communication was great. I hope that I won't need to use their service soon but if I ever find myself in the position of needing computer repair service, this will be the only place that I will go! Thank you!

I had an issue with my keyboard on my MacBook Air 13inch. It is from 2020 so I am out of warranty. I am a small business owner and need my laptop. Luckily I had my iPad with keyboard case and my husbands laptop. I brought my computer here. They did a wonderful job also I am glad they ran the diagnostics cause my computer is working faster

I came here with little hopes on getting my desktop PC fixed since the other places I had gone to couldn't find the reason as to why it wasn't working. While it was a little pricy for the diagnostics ($100), I still stayed hopeful. I got an email back saying that the GPU (a 3070) was faulty and needed to be replaced, to which they offered to order the same piece for $715. Again, very pricy. A used 3070 could run for lower! So I asked if I could bring my own GPU and they said yes and they would install it free of charge. Found a 6900 XT for way less and dropped it off. The next morning, I get an email saying that the installation was complete! It was super smooth. I highly recommend! Because of some of the reviews, I wasn't very hopeful but I'm glad I went here to get my PC fixed!

My phone wasn't starting-up due to a software issue. He fixed it in 2 minutes and didn't even charge me.
