Pa City Wide Towing

After trying to call QuickSilver because they are at the top of the Google Search (and getting no response and a full mailbox), I moved down to City Wide. These guys answered the phone immediately and were to my wife's car on the side of 476 in about 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes and they had brought the car to Cornerstone Auto and she is now in an Uber heading to her destination. Can't wait to see how the rest of this plays out but City Wide did their part, kept her safe, went after the wheel which was in traffic and placed it in the trunk of the car for her. Mike was top notch.

Never used their service, and now I never will. Driving through the town of Media tonight I was driving 30 mph, with the speed limit being 25 mph. After passing a cop on a side street the driver of the tow truck decided to pass me going 50 mph in the center turning lane and continue to drive over 50 mph the rest of going through the town. Not only dangerous in daylight but at night in the dark with the amount of foot traffic in Media it is criminal.

Driver is pretty rude. Blocked neighborhood street and made no effort to pull to the side to allow traffic to pass while he was waiting for whatever reason. When asked to move made no effort to acknowledge and shrugged me off.

Speed limit in our development is 10pm… driver was in REVERSE going at least 15/20… Kids live here and your drivers are very, very unsafe and dangerous.

On Sunday morning I tried to start my car and it was deader than a doornail. Called AAA and they were at my house in a nanosecond. My battery needed to be replaced. Kwan, I believe that was his name, was very nice and knew what he was doing. He completed the replacement quickly and was on his way. I appreciated the quick and extremely courteous response.

Scheduled a tow through tripple A stuck on the side of the highway for 4 hours told twice that a driver would be on his way and no one showed up leaving me stranded even tripple a reached out TWICE and no response terrible service

Jason arrived quickly, changed my tire efficiently, and was very friendly. It was an incredibly frustrating day, and I was grateful for the excellent service!

My son blew his motor and had to park in a lot that would have ended with the car being impounded if we left it there. I gave these guys a call. They got there quick and were reasonably priced.

I had a problem my car wouldn’t start so I called Triple A. They sent the call out to a local guy named Marcus. I cannot say enough how kind, knowledgeable and efficient he was. He took care of my problem within a minute. He’s a treasure, he really cares about people not everyone does. Keep this man bc he’s super! He also gave me great advice on the workings on the battery alternator and starter! THANK YOU Marcus!
