The first time I sent a photo book out to my dad I had the wrong inmate number so it got sent back to Shutterfly but I was able to get it figured out and resent for free. He received them about a week after it came here to be processed. Now I sent out two more photo books in one package all following guidelines just like before the correct inmate number and everything and it’s been over two weeks and he still hasn’t received anything working full-time I have a hard time calling them all they’re open and it’s literally a revolving door, it’s give-and-take

I’ve ordered some pictures a while ago and had them sent here not once but twice and my boyfriend is still waiting for them. At first I thought it was centered around the picture company but they were generous enough to resend them again. However according to the above comment I could see that the issue actually resides here.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely had too this time. Usually when your dealing with any type of correctional facility or a processing center you are either given (most of the time) a hard time or you have no say even when a situation is handled unprofessionally. This a personal opinion from personal experience. BUT in this rare case I was actually served with the BEST service from Jillian Deiley in the bellefonte, PA. She had a answer for every question. Showed professionalism, patience, concern and respect. For me and my situation. She went out her way to show/tell me exactly what to do with my situation. She even went out her way to reach the correctional facility Somerset Prison that was giving me a difficult time and no answers to any of my questions about my orders. And when Somerset did answer my questions they were rude and unprofessional and prolonged my situation. Jullian went out her way to at least try to get answers from them for me. Us family members spend a good amount of money sending our photo books to the processing center and sometimes more for express shipping. It’s appreciated when it’s taken seriously. Jullian is exceptional at her job. And gets it done. Thank you. You are appreciated!

ADVICE for sending Photobooks:

If you are ordering from Free Prints make sure the inmates number is aside the last name as close as it can get with a “#” sign. Reason being when free print prints their labels sometimes numbers are cut off and Photobooks are sent back to free print because the processing center doesn’t know exactly where to send it. Also, some correctional facilities say you can only send up to 25 pictures in a Photobooks. Well, it’s actually 23 because the first and last blank page UNFORTUNATELY count as a photo part of free prints book and there is currently no way around that. So send 20-23. DO NOT put photos on the front cover of the book and back cover. Some prisons will no accept it. And make sure the photo book is a soft cover and not a hard cover that the free print will ask you to upgrade too! Lastly, watch out for nudity. Just have your “Nips” covered and genital area and you should be good to go. Your welcome!
