I stopped in to ask a question and make an appointment and the attitude and nasty tone of the two women at the front desk was horrible. They made me feel like my mere presence was bothering them. I left there feeling horrible about the way I was treated. In addition, nobody ever answers their phone. I had even left messages, which were never returned. I really like Dr. Fuhrlong, but I may be changing practices due to the way that the patients are treated.

My new pt appointment was great. Needed to schedule an endoscopy and I have called at least three times over two weeks, left messages for scheduling to call me and I have heard nothing. It does not inspire confidence in this practice at all.

I’ll start by saying the doctor and nurses were excellent and took good care of my mother while she had a migraine going into her procedure.

The one star review is solely due to the receptionist and her lack of consideration when it came to both registering and allowing me to be with her during the consult from the doctor. Like I said above, my mother had a migraine going into the procedure and obviously after. She was getting the procedure for a reason and I was there to be with her. I should’ve been there with her during the discussion with the doctor, specially after asking. This was unacceptable.

The quality of care from the doctors and post op staff is excellent, but that's where the good ends. The nurses and office staff are the worst I've ever encountered. Trying to get a medication update or even an appointment can be a nightmare. It's a miracle if they ever answer the phone at all. Completely worthless as a Practice if you care about quality of your care at all. I say this as a patient of 6 years, I've finally had enough.

Doesn’t care about patients or their care. Have been trying to reschedule a routine procedure and staff will not return any calls. Left several messages with scheduler, manger Tiffany, and Drs at least 8 times over a 6 week period and still have not received call back! Spoke with staff, asked for doctor to return call. No return call. I know places are short staffed but this is ridiculously long time for healthcare needs. When I asked receptionist I don’t want to leave message because no one has called me back in the last 8 messages. She said the only thing she can do it transfer me to the business manger. Well she never called back either after several weeks and numerous messages so she does not care either. Hopefully can find a new place that will give patients the decency to return a phone call within a 6 week period.

Took in a person with IDD and they wouldn’t do a EDG because they thought he was incompetent of making a decision. He had been a patient for at least 14 years and now decided he’s incompetent. This was a violation of his civil rights. They should have decided that prior to putting in a IV and wasting a hour and half of our time.

I've been a patient for almost twenty years and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Karen Kormis. She is professional, friendly and truly cares about her patients. I visit the office twice a year for check ups and have had procedures performed as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Kormis. The office staff however is not quite as impressive. They lack warmth and it can be hard to receive a return phone call.

Giving 2 stars only because Dr. Rengen was excellent. However, the post op nurse who takes over after the procedure was horrible to say the lease. She couldnt have cared less about me being completely drugged after my procedure. She was merciless and without good patient customer service. I was rushed out of the place and left alone as the nurse left me as we waited for my husband to get the vehicle which was at the last parking space at the end of the parking lot. I was still heavily under anetestia as my husband ran to pull the car to the front door. When he drove to the door and found me standing alone he was upset. Luckily I didn't get off balance and fall. This place had no wheelchair to help get you to the door. What a bad experience. No matter who my husband speaks to about how I was treated by the nurse after the procedure people are left speechless everytime. Bad nurse. I will not come back. I like the doctor but unfortunately he works at PA GI.

I have been a patient of this medical facility for many years and I have nothing but high praise for the doctors, especially Dr. Peters and staff. They treat everyone with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Anyone who say that these doctors are all about money and not about patient care and well being is not truthful. They always do a follow-up call the day after a procedure to to check on your recovery. And, they wait several months before sending you a bill.

Which other medical facility in the USA does that? I don't know of any. Do you?
Anyone needing their services are in good hands.

Dr. Mohan S. Charan is a great and very professional doctor. He is a great listener and he really does care about his patients like me. The office staff are really nice also. I love going here. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you to everyone that works at PA GI Consultants.
