This business is not following Covid-19 safety precautions. No masks and no social distancing from any staff. This lack of caring and interest in customer service extended to their shoddy showroom and poor quality, over priced inventory. We were shopping for a bathroom vanity. Saw same items at Home Depot and on Wayfair for better prices.

I've been trying to get a hold of anyone one the phone for the past 30 minutes and nobody picks up the phone. The, the system sends me to voicemail and the voicemail is Full! I want to ask about business hours because the website states that they close at 6pm but yesterday they were closed by 5pm after driving 45 minutes to get there. How can they expect customers to arrive at the store if they don't pick up the phone, have a full voicemail and don't have the proper business hours posted on their website. What a horrible experience!

The staff was aloof and disinterested in helping. The prices seem high for a dusty, dirty warehouse.

Friendly customer service. Unfortunately, there are no true discounts here. Pricing for a vanity is better Lowe’s and Home Depot.

The worst employees with horrible customer service. Steve the owner seems like a nice guy but when it came down to it he failed to do the right thing. Later I found out, with my bad experience he has numerous complaints along with a d- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

So, previously I purchased flooring from them and thought I needed another box to complete my installation. Turns out I did not and proceeded to return the unused box about 2 weeks later. The Woman at the counter said oh no we don’t take things back! Then after some debate she agreed to give me a credit. Which I said that’s ok because I’m here to purchase a bathroom vanity sink, counter top and faucet anyway but I said that she should have given me the money because she wasn’t aware I was purchasing those products. At this Steve jumped up out of his chair from his office and said we’re not taken that box back because the plastic was coming off, the box was not perfect and 1 tile had a chip in the corner. I said the box wasn’t perfect when i purchased it and there may have been a chip in the 1 tile. Previously I purchased about 50 boxes and there were imperfections in a lot of the tiles but I never complained or brought them back. We had a debate and no matter what I said he was not giving me the $35 refund back or a credit. I told Steve that he will lose all my business in the future for his obviously greedy and stupid decision. I told him he can keep the box and walked out. So, I’m writing this review to warn buyers about his business practices and to beware of what your getting into.

Feel like I am getting the run around over a defective cabinet door and its been so long I forgot when I bought and paid in full for them. Its always shipping and will be in on Friday, same song every week.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a Combo Vanity and paid off the entire thing. Then according to them, after they had my money, I had my contractor go to pick it up and they didn't have it and they told him to come back tomorrow.he came back and they spent 2.5 hours looking for the vanity before locating it.he asked if the vanity top and backsplash were there and they said yes.he gets to my place and big surprise no vanity top or backsplash. He calls and they tell hi.he can come back and pick it up when they find it. I end up calling and talking to Rachel and Janet and they tell me they will deliver the top the next day (Saturday) or Monday and Janet says she will call back with which day. Now its Saturday and Janet never called back so I call to see if they are delivering today and had to dial 4 times because they are not answering g and their voicemail is full. Once I do speak with someone he states that they will not be delivering today and they will call me back with when they are delivering. So if you are ok with l this nonsense then by all means go here but I will never buy anything or reccomend anyone go there for any reason.

Don't waste your time or money. There are better places in the area to buy building materials, and with more knowledgeable staff.

Service: They use inexperienced third party contractors for installations; the owner would rather defend a poor installation than hold the contractors responsible. They seem more interested in getting your money.and then getting you out the door.

Cost of goods: Overpriced.

Great experience. Patty was very friendly and extremely helpful. I purchased a complete kitchen and Patty helped my wife pick everything out. PA Homes is the only place i will shop for all my kitchen and bath material.

Support after your order is very sketchy. We had a wrong color piece delivered, but PA home store insisted that we return the piece ourselves. We explained that it was too big for our vehicles, but we were not made a priority. They do kitchen deliveries on Mondays, and I would expect that the incorrect piece would have been the first priority the first Monday after, if not ASAP.

We are now missing our countertop install as a result.

Overall extremely poor after purchase support. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service, once you give them your money forget about asking anything. This place doesn't belive in repeat customers

Terrible experience, received vanity with visible chunk of material scraped off and was told no repair possible and that "a new purchase should be made" another 400 dollars. Thanks for the 600 dollar waste PA Home Store!

This place is pretty good. We bought the kitchen cabinets and laundry cabinets. We are happy! Installed 4 months ago and so far they are good cabinets.they delivered on time, nothing missing, no damage. Petes service was great!
They even gave a free drill set worth 100$
We got the kitchen $3,500 cheaper than lowes!

We have found them to deliver what they sell which is a quality product with a no frills sales process. They had very competitive prices. The price we paid for a double sink bathroom counter was about 30% less than Home Deport or Lowes. If you are ordering something, call before you go to pick it up to make sure it has arrived, they aren't very good on letting you know if something has arrived or is ready for pick up. You need to be proactive.

Not a place to patronize. I bought 3 vanities which were all wrapped when I took delivery. When the time came to install we found out that a 42in vanity has chipped granite counter-top, a 60in vanity has a damaged leg and a 32in vanity has a scratch in the front. Terrible. Please go somewhere else.

Buyer beware. Make sure you check EVERYTHING you buy from them several times, or better yet, just don't buy from them at all. We purchased a countertop from them for our bathroom, and lo and behold, when the contractor got it.no holes drilled for the sink! We had to pay someone else an extra $500 to get the holes drilled, and it added 3 weeks to our job time. It would have been cheaper and easier to buy from Home Depot. I'm so disappointed.
