Quick, pleasant, efficient! Very knowledgeable and friendly professionals. What else could I ask? ! They are, so helpful and explained everything that I needed to be done. This place is great if you need to get a new tag plate, or notary services, they do it fast! HIGHLY recommend this place!

TL;DR: this company made a mistake, then threatened me for writing a bad review, called me a liar, and is now pretending they are knowledgeable on Maryland law (they clearly are not).

Review: I had a terrible experience with this place. I moved from a different state and filled out the online form for new PA residents who are financing their car. Someone called me within a couple of days to confirm I wanted to use their service. In that initial call, they said if I agree to start the process with them, I cannot use any other tag and title service. I agreed and submitted the information for my bank. After weeks of me calling here and them saying that they are waiting for my bank and then me calling the bank, it turns out I didn't need the bank at all. I called a different tag and title service that was able to give me a tag within an hour. It was extremely frustrating (and costly) that a task that should take less than an hour went on for weeks.

Edit: a few hours after I posted this review, I received an email from the company saying that it was illegal for me to get tags without a title (note: I have had my title in hand since I purchased the vehicle years ago - Maryland issues physical titles even when the vehicle is financed). The company also insisted I take down my "unreasonable feedback".

My review is accurate; once again, this company has demonstrated they provide inaccurate information as I did have my physical title in hand (until I surrendered it to the other tag and title service get my new tag). I have had my title since I moved here, including the first phone call when this company called me. I do not respond kindly to threats and I suggest folks go elsewhere when this is how a company responds to THEIR poor customer service. Immediately trying to scare a potential customer over a bad review, even I had called 5+ times over the last couple of months for an update. This company never once said all I needed to do was to bring in my title.

Edit 2: the company sent me a second and third email, now saying that they didn't know I had my title. Even though I literally asked what the process was on the first call they made to me. I am from a nearby state, I am not the first former Maryland resident they have dealt with. I dunno if it's a language barrier or a money grab or what, but the multiple emails trying to CYA after giving me the run around for weeks is such a bad look.

No matter what the company emails and threatens me with next, I have my new tag and title and they have none of my money.

Edit 3: My lienholder (CarMax) was actually the one who informed me that I can simply surrender my MD title. I also confirmed this with the MD MVA as well as the tag and title place that gave me my new tag. I'm not sure why the company thinks they know more about my previous Maryland-issued title than Maryland, but they are welcome to continue calling me a liar and insisting I never had a title. It's *almost* like Maryland is a title-holding state, while Pennsylvania is not. Who would have thought, other states operate differently? FYI, New York is pretty close and also a title-holding state. Might want to brush up on that before you call your New York customers liars as well.

Snezhana was wonderful, a true professional in her field. She promptly assisted us with our situation and urgently prepared an important document for us the following day. She even arrived at work early to ensure everything was completed on time. We highly recommend her! I contacted the PA TAGS Etc. Inc. NOTARY more than once, I really liked the attitude of the employees, they always answer questions, tell me how to do everything right. I will definitely apply again. Here, vehicles are registered, and power of attorney, consent, and various kinds of statements will be made. Here they speak not only English, but also Russian. They do the job quickly and efficiently.

I registered the car and was satisfied, friendly staff, individual approach to each client. I recommend this company!

Highly recommend indeed! I came to PA Tags after trying to get my title and tag using other company just little up the Red Lion Rd. They had it dragging since June. After being tired of all noncense and constant justifications I took all the documents to PA TAGS in MID OCTOBER (yes, that how long the other agency couldn't do a thing with it). Snezhana immediately told me what I was missing and after getting all tigether I handed the packet to her. Two weeks and I have my tag (title is to come in few days). In and out. The ladies are knowledgeable, proffessional easy to talk to and to deal with. Absolutely satisfied with service provided. They will be my "go to" people when I have to deal with anything that is related to vehicle buying/selling documetation and titling. Way to go, ladies! Thank you so much!
